Absolute dishonesty - They promised a 6-month warranty before the repair but refused it when I went to collect my phone after the repair; the screen replacement was laggy, flickering, and too bright. The new battery replacement shows 79% capacity and says it needs service.

I went in with water damage (iPhone 12 Pro), and they kept it for a day and then called me the next day saying they would need to replace the screen and the battery along with repairing the motherboard, and offered me two repair options -

one with warranty (higher cost), and the other one without any warranty (lower cost).

I chose with warranty, but when I went in to collect the phone after the repair, they told me they could not give any warranty on this, and I would still have to pay the higher cost. They straight-up refused to honour it after the repair was done.

I had asked them before the repair to keep the old screen and battery, and the repair guy said he would, but when I asked for it, he said he did not keep it.

I am unsure if they replaced the battery as the iPhone still shows old battery details (79% capacity and requires service), and the battery is draining like crazy (see attached images).

The screen they installed is unbelievably cheap. It is laggy, flickers all the time, and is too bright.

Now, with all of this, I cannot even trust if my phone needed all these repairs or maybe it was something minor, and the repair guy just wanted to make more money.

I told them the only reason I got it repaired was because they offered a warranty, and without a warranty, this phone would be useless to me as I could easily put this money into buying a new phone. They just lied about offering a warranty to fool the customer into repairing the device. Then they denied it, saying they cannot offer a warranty now and cannot reduce the price either when they literally offered me two options - one with warranty and the other without warranty.

I tried to reason with them, but they did not accept that they had done anything wrong and told me the guy who did this repair had left the job and they cannot do anything about it now. But how is any of this my fault? The Fix should take responsibility for their employees’ actions; why should...

I do not recommend coming here for phone screen repairs. I had multiple issues after my initial replacement and the price was astronomical. First, it started glitching out and having a mind of its own. Then, it cracked without being dropped. When I brought it back both times they did thankfully replace it but a month or so later after a gentle drop the screen went partially black and glitchy again. This time I took it elsewhere as I knew I would have to pay and at this point I didn’t trust it. Turns out, internally my phone was missing shield pieces and they had use “dust removal stickers” as a bootleg repair! I was shocked to find out and really disappointed. High price and low quality...

My phone was broken in both places the front and back. I only got the front screen repaired then I had an issue. The owner was nice enough to hear my complaint and work with me. He showed me kindness and help me fix the issues. He believe me when I explained what happens, that meant the most to me. He was so kind he repaired the back of my iPhone for free of charge. I didn’t ask him to do that he must saw it meant a lot to me. I was saving this phone for my daughter.
