I love those curly fries. I had a Reuben and it was okay for a fast food place. It needed some zing and I thought that perhaps the sauerkraut might have been a bit weak. Curiously, one half of the sandwich was better than the other. The employees were friendly.
06/24/2023 visit, I tried the burger. It was done medium, which either means that they cook them all this way or this one was undercooked. The flavor was good, but the pattie itself was rather small. It had too much "burger sauce" on it, which made it a rather sloppy sandwich. The orange cream shake is rather small but probably the best thing on their menu at this point.
Note that I talked to someone who used to work at an Arby's. They cook the roasts onsite in the mornings for I believe 4-hours. So to get the beef in its best form, it's best to get it when the store opens. I should note that I prefer the beef medium-rare and have had it that way at other places. I truly wish that there was a decent competitor in this area for a better roast beef sandwich.
Now that they have the ham and cheese sandwiches back, I'm more of a regular customer. If you want yellow mustard, ask for it at the counter. The potato cakes are really a form of hash browns and need a little salt to make them delicious. The orange creme milkshake is the bomb. The mozzarella sticks are huge. The manager is very friendly but the rest of the staff could use a bit more...
Read moreFirst time stopping here on my way back up to Muskegon and I must say this is hands down the best Arby's I've ever been to! The parking lot was practically empty and I didn't even know if any employees were working so I was skeptical.
But then I was greeted at the drive thru by Alison, the assistant manager. She was so kind and made my order fresh!
The chicken on the sliders were actually full tender pieces that overhung the bun rather than the small scraps I've gotten at other locations. Delicious!
I'm sure they were short staffed judging by the parking lot, but Alison was rocking it that day and I just want to commend her for doing an awesome job and having an amazing attitude and customer service! She helped...
Read moreThey should send someone from the Jenison location to teach them how to run the restaurant here. I have no idea why they only had 2 people working but when you are short staffed, it's not the best time to be rude. When I gave my name, he called me Baron then he typed it Karrn. Was that funny, Bitchell? Because Jenison at 10 am last week had 4 or 5 people staffing, were polite even when they heard my name and were clean enough to even touch up the windows. Food took a long time coming. I tried the burger. It was pink. Meh....
