Potbelly — Restaurant in Holland Charter Township

Potbelly reminds me of Quiznos when they first started out. Very friendly workers, fast service, great ingredient quality, and a perfectly toasted sandwich. The shakes here are to die for. Probably the best you can get in Holland. I worked at a Panera for nearly 4 years and I think the sandwiches and soups are on par with the quality and taste without the exorbitant Panera price tag. Everytime I go there I feel like I get less and less for my dollar and at Potbelly it's the exact opposite. I also think the sandwich offerings are unique, creative, and delicious PLUS they don't skimp on the meats which is a big deal for a sandwich shop! I stopped going to Electric Hero and Panera a while ago because this place delivers great food at a fair price. If you're on the fence get The Wreck sandwich with Chicken Pot Pie Soup and a Shake- you will not be...

Worst experience for my first time ordering here! Heard so much good things but was so irritated when my order got delivered (2 hours later with no notification )my sandwich which was the veggie melt (which came with no veggies what so ever) was literally bread with little bit of melted cheese and sparse mushroom like sparse and hard as a rock . The sandwich was no where near what was depicted on your website , it wouldn't even pass for what you depicted as your grilled cheese. Ordered well over 50 dollars worth of food to have only the sodas be the only thing correct. Have pictures of my order next to the recipes while also having their website depiction of their sandwiches we ordered in said pictures for when they finally get around to contacting me on just this overall...

Had a great experience today and felt like I needed to give praise where it's due.

Because of the tax day BOGO sale their website was getting slammed for lunch and I was having errors placing an order.

I called in to the restaurant and they helped me straighten out the issue right away.

Even though they were busy with the sale and their lunch rush our sandwiches were made with care, nice portions and great flavor.

The staff all seemed really upbeat and happy. I don't think I can find anything to even nitpick about this location.

Drive thru is super convenient and I noticed the app has a nice reward program.

Definitely will come back now that I know this location...
