I LOVE me some Pad Thai from Noodles and Company... but every time and I do mean EVERY TIME I order from this Holland location, they do not get my order right. And while I understand that mistakes happen - every time I order is getting to be a little much! As is the attitude I get when they ask if I ordered it that way - then they pull the receipt to see that I DID IN FACT ORDER IT THAT WAY! (I get that some people probably don't ask for it a certain way and then make a big deal when they get what they actually ordered... but I am just asking for what I ordered!)
It doesn't matter if I order just for me or with my work (as we do like order from here a lot!) it never fails that they do not get the order right. I always ask for no Peanuts, Cilantro or Egg... and it's always got 1 out of 3, if not more of the items I request to be left off in my meal. Your staff does always offer to make it right... but it would be nice to have my food fixed right, the first time I order it, not having to wait for them to fix it. That is the whole reason you order for pick-up! (It says so on your Website! 'Skip the line!' it reads... not so much...)
Today - the same thing happened, except this time when I stood and waited the extra 10 minutes to recook what I ordered, IT STILL CAME OUT WRONG. I ended up taking the food cooked wrongly because I did not have time to wait for it to be fixed as I had already been there for almost 20 minutes. On top of that - an additional order had requested no cilantro and they also had their order done incorrectly!!
Again, your manager on duty, Julie, gave me a coupon for some free meals but I JUST WANT MY FOOD RIGHT THE FIRST TIME I ORDER IT!! It is extremely frustrating to order food ahead of time (especially for a large group) and have the order/s wrong! Read moreI’m not one to write reviews but I recently visited the establishment with my children who were eager to enjoy their favorite kids' meal. I was pleased to find that there were no other customers and expected a quick service. However, my visit was marred by the dirty state of the restaurant. The overflowing garbage bins and unclean tables were a disappointment, especially given that there were at least 5 employees on staff. I tried to overlook the cleanliness issue for the sake of my hungry children. The young lady at the front seemed friendly, and I wondered if perhaps she was just having a difficult day. However, my concerns were compounded when I noticed an employee picking their nails while preparing food, which was unappealing and unsanitary. I chose not to bring attention to the issue as the person who appeared to be the manager seemed to be under a great deal of stress and seemed overwhelmed. I have visited this establishment a few times in the past and have always been pleased with the cleanliness, even when there were fewer employees. Furthermore, while I was waiting for my food, I couldn't help but overhear the employees in the kitchen discussing high school drama at a very loud volume. This not only added to the overall chaos of the restaurant, but it also made me question the level of professionalism and attention to detail being given to food preparation. I couldn't help but wonder how often this type of behavior has occurred in the past and the potential impact it may have had on food quality and customer experience. Overall, I hope that steps are taken to improve the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall professionalism of the staff to ensure a better experience for customers...
Read moreUpon arriving to the business during open hours (7:45 pm) all entrances were locked with no signage on the door regarding why the doors were locked or information on how to enter the business.. Employees observed us waiting outside and nobody came to let us into the business. We had to wait for a customer to come out of the business to go in. When we walked up to the counter we were not greeted by employees but employee behind the register said we are only accepting online orders at this point without knowing that we had already placed the online order. Said employee went out of her way to talk down to us and it was incredibly rude.It was obvious that the employees were avoidant of servicing customers and went out of their way to make it inconvenient to be a patron at this business.
