Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Holland Charter Township

My first visit here was on 12-18-2023. I ordered the Gargantuan, potato salad, pesto bowtie pasta salad, and a pickle, all online. The order was ready when I arrived. Note that this is a very small venue and seating is very limited, but this was not an issue for me as I was there before 17:00 and it was snowing outside. They do a lot of take-out business but there is no drive-through.

The sandwich was the best that I've had of late. The potato salad was good but could have used some salt and pepper, none was available at the restaurant. The pasta salad was very good, as well as the pickle. The staff could have been more engaging, so to speak. I should mention that the order was 100% accurate. I will return.

Second visit on Christmas Eve convinced me that when ordered right, these are by far the best sandwiches that I've had so far...

Terrible costumer service, a bunch of young Immature kids. We used to go there a lot For lunch break but they won’t let you in without a mask, which is fine if that the rules I just don’t want to deal with it so I prefer to go somewhere else. Last week one of our employees was in there and watched a young employee Antagonize a customer as the customer was trying to leave, because he didn’t have a mask, the costumer was very friendly, but the kid was very rude and even some of the other employees joined in laughing and bullying the he costumer, even after he had left there were still calling him names and laughing which in turn made other costumers leave. The store needs a real manager not a bunch of immature little kids . Reading through the reviews I see that seems to be a trend at...

I've been eating at this location for nearly 15 years and it's usually good, so we decided to try the new summer wraps last night. My SO got the beefy ranch one and I got the chicken Caesar. The beefy ranch wrap was nothing to write home to mom about, but was generally fine. However, the chicken Caesar wrap was made with what had to be canned chicken, as it had the same mushy texture as canned tuna, so if you're expecting (and would enjoy) grilled chicken, I would give this one a miss. This is probably more of JJ's just releasing a gross wrap as opposed to an issue with this specific location, though I will say that they also didn't make my wrap with ANY of the customizations that I had requested, which I could have overlooked more easily, had the chicken not been so thoroughly...
