I gave them many chances. Very disappointed in the consistently poor quality of food. For instance; tonight, it must have been long enough since patronizing this location that i forgot how poorly the evening shift makes food, I ordered my usual cheese quesadilla eith extra cheese (1 for me and 1 for my wife). Ordered 2 of the grilled cheese burritos with chicken rather than beef because they discontinued the chicken burrito, also ordered 2 Chipotle chicken roll ups, also added that i would like a lot of hot and a lot of mild sauce packets.
As ive come to learn, it is never a good idea to leave this location during the evening shift without very carefully checking the togo bag.
Got home, settled in to enjoy some taco bell with the wife and, sadly not to my surprise, both Chipotle chicken rollups are no where to be found. Extra cheese, cheese quesadillas appear that i had paid a extra dollar each to put lite cheese on.
And on top of all that the "lot of hot and mild sauce" consisted of 2 mild sauce packets and 4 hot sauce packets..
Tried to call the store over 10 times to try to come pick up missing items tonight or to see if i could get a store credit... but instead of resolving the problem, they would not pick up the phone. After a couple times calling they began blocking the call so it rang busy...
Oh AND they did not provide a receipt so i was unable to directly contact owner to resolve issue.
Hope the owner sees this, maybe this has something to do with why there is hardly ever a line in your drive through in the evening, incontrast to Mcdonalds across the street, where nearly everynight i see a constant line of 10 cars.
*update I ended up going back since i was unable to reach them by phone.which was unfortunate, especially due to the 20min drive.. one way. When i arrived i spoke with a awesome manager or assistant manager. He had the errors...

Ill never eat here again or take orders here ever again they are the worst like how are you suppose to get employees if you can’t even treat customers right that’s a bit crazy don’t you thing . Who ever owns this portion of the franchise should be questioned because this person I wouldn’t do business with your suppose to make people want to come there to get this food . Instead y’all make it seem like we have to eat here we don’t . Just and fyi you get your money from customers not employees remember that and it will take you far in life and yes I am a business owner I own several. Just know I thought about using you guys as a sponsor for my next event but I’ll pass . Thank your employees for that I don’t do business with franchise owners that don’t seem to be dedicated to making things better for customers . You just helped your lazy selves not do any work if that’s the case go get on welfare or sit at home with the wife and kids or husband and kids or just simply stay home because y’all are not good at all for business and I don’t mind saying it either . Read moreThe past few months the service at this River Avenue Taco Bell has been terrible. Two weeks ago, the lady in charge of the drive-thru was just grouchy. I asked for Dr. Pepper, and she snapped with a bad attitude that they don't have Dr. Pepper. Fine. Then they took my money, handed me my Pepsi and told me to park and they would bring my food. I politely asked for a straw. The woman snapped that it will be in my bag. I said I'd like one so I can sip while I wait. She repeated that it will be in my bag and she needs me to move out of the way. Then a guy came to the window and yelled at me to pull forward. So I pulled forward and waited 15 minutes for my food with no straw. I said I need a receipt. She sneered at me and said she'll have to get someone to make a special trip back out here. Figuring everyone can have a bad day, I went back this afternoon to give it another try. Same woman. Same bad attitude. Same story with the receipt. I think they don't want customers to call the number on the receipt to complain. This is the first time I've left a bad review anywhere. At least last time my food was hot. Today it was close to room temperature. Worst Taco Bell...
