A must visit for all your smoothie needs!

It's almost shameful how many times I have visited this corner establishment in the last 6th months. My mother and I have become addicted to the smoothies that they are serving.

The Interior and counter top are kept very tidy. The walls and decorations are bright and colorful, and definitely brings in a equatorial sense to a grey, cold city.

The amount of smoothie and food you get for the price is more than fair. I've had nearly every flavor that they've had to offer on the menu as far as smoothies go, but what food I've had has been delicious as well.

They offer a variety of smoothie flavors and ingredients. They have more fruit oriented choices, leafy green options, and thicker protein shake-like smoothies available for selection. They also advertise a new flavor every now and then, which make choosing something new an option throughout the year.

The wait for a smoothie is never overly long, but there is a wait regardless. However, the time spent waiting on food is slightly longer than that of the smoothie.

The service has always been kind to me. They have a clear plastic protector in front of the register, so at times they are unable to hear me (on top of the blenders that are constantly running), but they are never openly irritated or annoyed by repeat instructions.

I don't know where to begin about this place. I went in on a whim because a smoothie sounded good. I had just previously given up Pepsi and was looking for an alternative. I found one, boy did I find one. There was not one smoothie I did not like. Yes, I tried them all. We were there almost 3 months. Towards the middle of our stay I started adding different sandwiches, wraps and flatbread. Again, I loved them all. I had only been going once a day but I'm almost embarrassed to say how often I was going in. The staff. Oh my goodness gracious, the staff was beyond superb. The managers are the some of the best folks I've met in a long time. Jacob is one of my favorites. 😁 There were a few of the girls I really liked too. They are all good people. I'm so sad we left the area because of two reasons, one being I don't get to see their SMILING faces and two, I have lost 27.5 pounds during my stay and "experiment". I no longer eat fast food. I'd like to start by saying this restaurant deserves five stars. The food is good and, despite it's more quality nature, it's prepared fast which is great! I've ordered a few times through door dash and its always been consistantly high quality food. Their cheese quesadillas are great and their Hawaiian wrap was a great blend of flavors. My only gripe is about how they hand off completed food. It could have just been the particular folks who were working the day I came in however. They called my name for the wrap, but just yelled the name of the smoothie when it was done. Normally this wouldn't be a problem as I have the receipt so I can just check if it's what I ordered, the problem was that three separate people all ordered the same smoothie right in a row. After a bit of awkward 'I was here first I think yours is next' I went on my way to happily enjoy my meal. I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe and I'm sure to go back soon, but there may be room to improve processes internally and have even more satusfied customers. Keep up...
