Five Guys — Restaurant in Holland Charter Township

Holland restaurants seem to struggle with positive consistency. The fries here are consistently over flash cooked brown and dry.

The prices have increased so this is a huge disappointment to receive inedible fries.

The Cajun fries at this location are so heavily over seasoned it’s difficult to choke them down. I tried them ONCE from this location that were seasoned properly.

Once! They were delicious when NOT OVER SEASONED!!! Please stop smushing the juice/flavors out of the burger patties!

Please stop over flash cooking and over frying and over heavy seasoning the Cajun fries for the love of burgers n’ fries!

FRYING FRYS WITHOUT A COOK TIMER IS LIKE DRIVING A CAR AND NOT LOOKING AT THE SPEEDOMETER EVER.

I’ve been to better Five Guys locations than this location.

I hope you all take some of my advice. I’d really love to get a good burger and Cajun fries from this location!

I dream of the good ol days of five guys burgers …those burgers were juicy cooked properly !!!!

Please No more burnt edges on the burger patty and No More brown dry heavily seasoned...

Pricey but their burgers are fresh and made in front of you. You order to your liking. Very expensive if you’re taking a family there too eat. Your best off sharing a drink and fries if you can make that work. I was however disappointed the 2nd time we went there which was Veteran’s Day. We took my husband their because he had never ate at 5 Guys so we thought we would give a whirl. The lady was a little rude when I asked if they offered a discount for Veterans. She proceeded to tell me they didn’t offer anything like that which was a HUGE disappointment since we could have ate at any of the other restaurants in the area that DID offer a discount. Five Guys is a great American burger chain. Simple, classic, fresh, delicious burgers served up in almost any fashion you can imagine. The staff are friendly, upbeat, courteous and seem like they're moving 100mph making burgers and hot dogs.

The atmosphere is great for quickly chowing down on some first rate burgers. I love that they have piles of peanuts to snack on while waiting for your burger And I won't get into who makes a better burger than who, but 5 Guys deserves to be in the conversation.
