First off I’m a Dasher here so I don’t really eat McDonald’s and the only reason why I go is when I have to pick up orders. Yesterday, I had my last order to pick up. I pulled in between like 905 and 915 pm, as I got out of my car and try to open the door. I noticed that all the doors were locked. But there were some ppl still inside. And they just turned around and looked at each other confused. So I tried the other door thankfully an employee let me in because I told him I had a dash order. And the only reason why I’m giving it two stars is because he actually was nice and try to help me out. But then come to figure out they can’t find my order and that it was already made, and somebody ELSE picked it up. The staff honestly looked confused, dysfunctional like they had a long line, but seemed flustered and apparently messing up on ppls order. I don’t know if that was the reason why they locked the doors because I had some lady who was sitting in the restaurant who I believe is a girlfriend of one of the employees told me that there was a couple in that store that didn’t buy anything just standing on the side and then grabbed a bag and left and she said she was pretty positive that that bag was my dash order. When I tried to talk to an employee to see if they can remake it, they refuse and said it has to come from DoorDash. I’m upset as the fact that they do not make sure that their orders is being picked up by the right person so apparently they’re just setting out orders on counters and not having anybody watching the orders and just let any body grab it without any confirmation. That isn’t anyone’s fault, but McDonald’s and the manager. I don’t know what she was doing, but she was no help whatsoever either. I informed the customer, and even the customer was highly upset, confused because he never had this kind of issue before and I definitely understand his frustration. But it was not much I could do but to unassigned from the order and told the customer he has to contact support. I will say this if this ever happens to me again if I have to pick up another order from that horrendous place and it’s not there, I will contact corporate next time while I’m in the store. DO...

Me and my friend went though the drive thru around 4:30 this afternoon and used our McDonalds rewards (which we earned spending money here) to get two free ice cream cones and also purchased a large coke and large fry. The woman at the 1st window was so ridiculously rude for no reason and then escalated her bitchy attitude when we simply asked if we could add an ice water to our order! She replied with an attitude, “I already gave you your receipt!!” and SLAMMED the window!! 😳 We were literally so stunned but then got to the next window and it only got worse! At the 2nd window we asked if we could add a water to our order and were told they couldn’t give or sell us a water due to the monopoly game 🤔 and then brought us a happy meal water like some kind of joke! We then apparently made the mistake of asking for some sauce for our fries! Now I don’t know if the girly acting dude at the 2nd window personally buys McDonalds sauce for this location but his little attitude after we asked for 1 Polynesian and 1 ranch would suggest he personally supplies the store with them out of his own pocket! He literally raised his voice, with theatrical dramatics, and said “you only get ONE sauce!!” before sashaying away like he was on some kind of sassy runway! This store is in serious need of a staff overhaul but it’s most likely being managed by a child that thinks this kind of behavior is funny so this review is to simply advise you to avoid this McDonalds location because we all know nothing will change. Read moreSo I tried to call up there today as I have previous times before nobody ever answers the phone it goes to voicemail their mailbox is full my purpose is calling for the fact that my chicken biscuit is raw I have no way to get back up there at the moment and this is not the first time this has happened recently I went up there a couple days after getting a chicken biscuit that was raw and even told one of the workers when I ordered another one to make sure that it was cooked all the way and it was done and they did nothing to address the situation or apologize or give me my money back or give me another chicken biscuit for the side that I had got a raw chicken biscuit previously so now this is happening again and it's at least the second time within about a month now this has happened not to mention that you know their coffee machine has that bacteria in it so they can't serve coffee and now they're even serving raw chicken this is getting ridiculous not to mention that service there isn't that great there is a couple people there that work there that are very sweet and try to do their best but the overall average is like the managers don't care about the guests either we are not just customers we are guests as I work in the food industry as well as a server and I have no way to get back up there they won't answer the phone nobody's going to respond to this review it's just ridiculous I just wanted other guests to know that do look at the reviews so please make sure you check your food and make sure it's cooked all the way...
