Hibachi japan — Restaurant in Holly Springs

I have to give this place major kudos for its great food, its fast service and its overall customer service, especially when it has to deal with people coming in with large and ridiculous orders. I witnessed there today a woman before me who had the most tedious food order that I've ever witnessed. She was ordering for her entire family (around 5 or so people) and every one of them had some nuance about what veggie they didn't want in their order or how specifically they wanted the meat cooked. The cashier did her best to get it as right as best she could and even the woman placing the order admitted that she was a pain in the butt. Hey, if you are that picky about what you DON'T want in your hibachi order, how about you make it easy on everyone else, place the order and then pick out what you don't...

It was the worst hibachi I have ever eaten. I don’t live in Holly spring but I to to get something’s that I need in the town. My daughter was hungry and since hibachi is one of our favorite food I stop by. I ordered steak and scallops. The scallops were uncooked and the steak was dry Ms without flavor the rice was over cooked and very sticky. I force myself to eat some. Just because I didn’t want to throw my money away and by that time I was already in my house miles away from them. I paid for my mistake. I saw that the restaurant name had changed so figure I'll try to try leaving a review here. I ordered food last night. Chicken and steak. The people were very polite when I picked up my order. However I should have checked before I left and I didn't. My order was supposed to eat chicken and steak steak well done with white rice I have food allergies. Instead the order I picked up was chicken shrimp and steak, it did have white rice. However it had vegetables that I did not ask for and that I am allergic to.
