Ordered 3 appetizers and 4 meals. Appetizers are supermarket bought items they cook, not made in house, we buy the same ones at h-mart etc. Ordered 1 chicken & 1 steak hibachi. Both meat are just that, meat with no seasoning or flavor, another was a combo hibachi which had shrimp and scallops, that was much better. The rice with it is a large portion and is brownish but again, no flavor, not sure why its moist with brown light sauce w/no flavor. All came with a portion of veggies zucchini, broccoli, onions, they were good and best part of each lunch. Also ordered a noodle lunch with chicken, same flavorless chicken but noodles were good. Egg rolls and dumplings are average. Steamed edamame was good. All meals are served in styro, no plates or cups avail with appatizers or meals so eat out of styro. Note: all styro, soda bottles, paper etc here are recyclable but all goes into their trash. They do not use MSG, I know the taste and we used a ton in our Asian restaurant. We will retry in a couple months to see if they've adjusted, but if it's the same then a no. It's not bad, but it's not good...
Read moreI have to give this place major kudos for its great food, its fast service and its overall customer service, especially when it has to deal with people coming in with large and ridiculous orders. I witnessed there today a woman before me who had the most tedious food order that I've ever witnessed. She was ordering for her entire family (around 5 or so people) and every one of them had some nuance about what veggie they didn't want in their order or how specifically they wanted the meat cooked. The cashier did her best to get it as right as best she could and even the woman placing the order admitted that she was a pain in the butt. Hey, if you are that picky about what you DON'T want in your hibachi order, how about you make it easy on everyone else, place the order and then pick out what you don't...
Read moreCame here with my family for the first time. We ordered a lot of different dishes because that's what we do when we try a new establishment. The cashier was friendly and the dining area and women's bathroom were clean. I ordered the Hibachi chicken for myself. My family ordered other dishes. We also had the fried oysters and spring rolls, both had too much breading but were delicious. I discarded my Hibachi chicken plate. The noodles were so overcooked they where soggy and the chicken was very dry. Mixing a little cornstarch with the chicken would have kept it from being too dry when cooking it. All of the sauces were delicious which is important because the food needed it. If they would have ran my noodles under a faucet they would have more flavor. We will not be returning however, we wish them...
