It was 🆗😏 The 🍕 experience had the potential to be better ☺️ (short version) [long version] I prepaid for my order in advance just to prevent having to go in there and waiting prior to arrival.... But.... That didn't happen... And here's the rant ⤵️ •they were having a "𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦" finding 🔎 my purchase order 🅰️ 🅝︎🅞︎ name/number 𝙊𝙍 email was asked initially to match the online order 🖥️ to the proof 🧾 of purchase 🔗 Instead... More spent time ⏰ was spent (Just showing them my phone 🤳 of an unprocessed payment & getting nowhere with it) 🅱️ once they asked for a name / number / email.... They realized that ... There was my order... 😮💨 (Unprocessed payment and all)
📝 I think had they began by asking ENOUGH information from me before... Making a note of it... making the attempt to clarify any mix up and why they do this.... It would've expedited all of this ⏩

I figured since they haven't started 🔛 my order of just cheese 🧀 pizza 🍕 that I'd like to just add pepperoni to just a few slices....
I had to wait an additional 🔟 more minutes
So to wrap this rant 🆙 🇱 😂 🇱 •online order was made 2️⃣0️⃣ minutes prior •by the time ⏰ the pizza 🍕 was scheduled to be ready •upon arrival... Nothing was processed (payment 💲💲 𝙊𝙍 pizza 🍕) •after the 🔟 additional minute mix-up • 🔟 minutes after that... Then the pizza 🍕 was made (And it wasn't busy 🚧 there either) • total wait time ⏰ was about 2️⃣0️⃣ minutes (before) ➕ 2️⃣0️⃣ minutes (after) for a medium cheese 🧀 pizza with the other half with pepperoni 🍕 🟰 4️⃣0️⃣ minutes.... • price for this service 💲3️⃣0️⃣.0️⃣0️⃣¢
So, would I recommend this Nah 👎 Oh & Ⓑ︎Ⓣ︎Ⓦ︎ they also charge an additional 💲 1️⃣.0️⃣0️⃣¢ for Parmesan cheese 🧀 which isn't any different from the parmesan cheese anywhere else 🤷.... Ordered a pizza with pepperoni and extra sauce. Received a pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce instead. Found that out after bringing it home. Admittedly, I should have checked the pizza before leaving the restaurant. But when I called to inform them of the mistake, the employee insisted that since the order had said extra cheese and extra sauce that that was what was made and no credit or refund could be provided. However, when called a second time, the employee said the order read extra sauce only. So clearly, the stories changed, meaning that an awareness of the fact an inaccurate order was taken was present, but a willingness to acknowledge it to the customer was not. As a result of not working to resolve the issue, this business has lost a customer rather than making things right and preserving me as a customer more times in the future.
