THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY! This is the second time I have been to the subway on North Park Road and it will be my last. They have horrible service. I walked in at 1:51 PM on 12/10/2018 and was told “I’ll be right with you.” When the lady began taking my order, another employee came and told her “you aren’t suppose to be putting toppings on the sandwich you are just suppose to put the meat on the bread and toast it.” Her approach was already very hostile. She then looked at me and said with an attitude, “what do you want on your sandwich.” I asked for lite mayonnaise and she picked up the regular mayo and continued to put it on my sub. In the mist of her putting the regular mayonaise on my sandwich I kept saying “excuse me I asked for lite.” She starts laughing and continued to ignore me. She then said rudely, “we don’t got lite mayo, I don’t know why they playin yall. They need to change the label already.” That’s fine if subway doesn’t have lite mayo, but what if I didn’t want any mayonnaise at all after finding that out? She could’ve simply said “we don’t have lite mayonnaise here, is regular mayo fine?” Instead she ignored me and put the mayonnaise on herself. She only had one glove on the whole time while putting the ingredients on my sandwich. She continued to ask me if I was done after EACH topping. “Tomatoes please” puts tomatoes “okay are you done?” That is extremely rude. On top of that, her and her coworker laughed in my face as she rolled my sandwich up. It is unfortunate because this subway is so close to home, but I guess they are so desperate for staff, they hire anyone who applies. Owning a business, means having pride. That is YOUR buisness, you should pick your staff wisely considering it’ll either keep your buisness, or put you out of business. Read moreI've been going to this subway for many years and have felt very neutral about the service. Due to recent encounters, I can firmly say I won't be coming back to this location. Came during late hours and an employee making my sandwich refused to wear his mask because he claims to be vaccinated, however, the sign on the door clearly says that you must wear a mask to enter (pretty sure there aren't any exceptions)... On another occasion, also late night, an employee probably took about 10 minutes to make my sandwich- making me repeat the ingredient I wanted several times over. Read moreI came to subway today order my sub. Everything was ok until I got to the cash out. Employee was assisting another customer, when out of the blue he takes the palm of his hand rips his nose. I asked him to wash his hands before grabbing the customer bag or preceding to do anything else. He look at me shook his head and continued to handle orders. I asked again for him to wash his hand.
