Horrible experience tonight Friday the 19th. I placed my order using their clunky app and drove there from work to pick it up. Almost everything was wrong. When I got home I got two tater tots instead of a cheese curd and a tater tot. NO chilli cheese fries at all in the bag and one of the burgers was not what I ordered. I AM PISSED!!! Tried to call the store right away and it’s a google number that nobody picks up. The girl I asked for help picking my order acted like I was bothering her by asking to make sure I was taking the right bag. When I asked for help, her response was, and I quote: “yeah I guess”. So it seems there were two bags but she couldn’t be bothered to check and only gave me one. I want either my money back or my order done correctly and you will never see my face again. This is only my 3rd time visiting Freddy’s. I never knew of this place until they opened in holmdel, so you can’t expect everybody to know how things work all the time. It was $40 for a meal for two and I only got half the meal. I need a manager to reach out to me asap with a resolution because nobody answers the google number listed on the site.
EDIT 10-20-25 10:30am: that stupid website you provided to put me in touch with the franchise is just as clunky as your online ordering site. I need to speak with someone but nobody is picking up the phone.

Read moreIf I could give less than one star, I would, I entered the store at exactly 9:04 pm The store and the tables were dirty. There must’ve been at least 10 to 12 employees in the back. The manager helped take my order and I felt confident. I was excited to come here as I have experienced great experiences in other Freddy locations. They took my order and I sat down and waited over 45 minutes. I watched people come and go and no order for me. Finally, I see them closing everything up because the store is closing and I asked where my order is. They’re scramble around trying to make it and they still give me the wrong order. They give me cold fries with cheese, slapped on the container, not even on the fries They forgot my chicken and the sandwich looked gross and they were making it on a grill that they already started cleaning so it had all the cleaner grease and crap all over it..
I brought the food back to the manager and asked for a refund because being a manager of fast food myself I don’t want food that’s being cooked on something that’s being clean for the end of the night and they forgot half of my order.. She didn’t even give an apology or offered to make it right in the future. None of the employees where being attentive they were all just hanging out.

Read moreI’ll start by saying the food was as good as you would expect. However, the order receiving process is terrible. All the workers were hustling so this is strictly a comment for management and corporate.
After 30 minutes of waiting - I walked up to see my order just sitting there. I asked how long it was there for and they said “awhile” and they would remake it.
For those that have not dined in— they call your number over the loud speaker when it is ready. However, we never heard ours called and when I walked up there was no ticket on the order sitting there so they weren’t even sure it was ours (but the food matched my receipt so it had to be ours).
It was SO LOUD in there. Unbearably loud. You could not even hear the orders being called. To management, I suggest getting a board up by the menus with order numbers with a status (preparing, ready, etc). This would eliminate customers standing around you counter anxiously waiting and eliminate the need for the employees to shout over the customers on the loud speaker.
