It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Holmdel Township

This is the 3rd time in a row that my family has ordered dinner from here and had food missing. Not only was a side order of fries missing that we ordered, but even the fries from an order for one of our KIDS was missing. On top of that theres always missing cups of dipping sauce that they have the nerve to charge you for when they hardly put any sauce on the wings. Then when you call and complain you just get a literal run around between them and doordash because they cant just send the missing items out that they forgot in the first place becauce everything has to be done through doordash, who then just credits you making you have to go through ordering, order fees, and tipping a driver all over again. My fiancé and I have ordered It’s Just Wings nearly every Sunday for the past 6 months or so because we love it so much. It deserves 5 stars for the quality of the boneless wings and fries combo!! For $12 you can’t beat it! However, we just went to place our weekly order only to find out that they got rid of the Honey Sriracha flavor. I have never been so heart broken in my life. I don’t even want to order anymore because the other flavors just aren’t the same. They also changed the ordering site from ItsJustWings to DoorDash and it is just not user friendly the way it used to be. This is I ordered 16 wing bone in pieces last night. What i received we're dried out wings that could not have been cooked after I ordered them. The " Sauce" was watered down. The curly fries were dried out... they were all broken in pieces.... A $40 meal wasted sitting in my refrigerator we all took one dried out wooden chicken wing and that was that so 11 pieces go to the garbage. What terrible terrible food to be so simple as wings and curly fries. And, I'm flabbergasted you pushed it off as freshly made. I order all over Holmdel and this was the worst experience.
