Big fan of CSC here - but today got me messed up a lil. I ordered my usual, toasted wheat w buff barclay + lettuce and tomatoes. Okay it came out asap, no issues w that but they neglected to toast it AND didnāt put let and toms on it. I get it, everyone makes mistakes, I also am very VERY far from perfect. But if I receive a plate back because itās lacking essential ingredients that promote a healthy wellbeing and make me feel a lil better about eating straight up mayo and chicken, I would do everything in my power to make it right. Right?! Well, that wasnāt the case today⦠I got my sammich back, still untoasted and no let bois or toe mates! Jeez Louise the sever brought me a to-go box containing my fixins and I had to fix my sammich myself. Had to even go as far as requesting a knife to cut my veggie bois. Overall, Iām not upset Iām just disappointed. If I spend 15 of my hard earned doll hairs on my lunch I need it to be superb!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy family went to this location on a Saturday night and entered 40 minutes before closing, (which was plenty of time to eat a quick sandwich) and was immediately advised by the young lady checking us out that they closed at 8:00 PM. She approached us appropriately 15 minutes later to tell us that she was taking up the teas if we would like anymore we would need to get it. Another 10 minutes went by and she approached the table again informing us to āJust leave your things on the table, donāt throw them away, Iāll take care of itā. Just wondering how CSC expects their customers to eat at a respectfully fast manner with so many interruptions š. For the record, we completed our meal at 7:50 PM and upon exiting made the manager aware and he claimed it was okay to walk in and order at 3 minutes till. Lord knows, if someone did that, it might send the young lady over the edge. No worries CSC, we wonāt be backā¦ā¦..UPDATEā¦.. company commented regarding first post that they would like to make it right if I would email them my information. This was done and have never heard back from them. Again very poor...

This location reached out to me to try and fix the reason for the bad review. I didnāt take them up on it, because I donāt post reviews to try and get free or discounted food. However, the fact that they tried to make it right made me feel like maybe they deserved a second chance. I mean come on we all have off days right? Anyway, I have now eaten here a few times and it would seem things have definitely improved.
The last time I went there they were out of Dixie chick, but it was close to closing. Because of that I was like well no big deal. Here it is a few weeks later I go back I order Dixie chick and again Iām told they are out. This time at 11:30 am right before the lunch rush on a Tuesday. If I were ordering something crazy I could understand, but Iām ordering a regular menu item. The other thing is that it isnāt a drive through. So I have to park and get out of the car walk in wait in line then speak to someone to be told they donāt have what I want. Will not...
