California Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in Honolulu

Does not even warrant one star. We expected overpriced garbage at airport, but this really was an embarrassment to California Pizza Kitchen. I will be writing a letter to whomever is in charge of this location as well as the corporate head. Even the frozen store pizza is better than this location (sad).

I am so thankful I did not order my meal there but unfortunately ordered my daughter's. Look at the pic-looks like a pizza from elementary school, but 5x price. Also, when asked how much water was and if there was size difference, Josephin (name on receipt in pic) gave an attitude. When your product and your customer service sucks, you have nothing. Fairly quick service in the airport with a limited menu from the full restaurant, but they do have are some of the more popular selections from the full menu in terms of the pizzas. The only size served are 6 slice small pizzas which are perfect for a meal while between layovers. Instead of ordering at the cashier you can use the touch screen kiosk to order...a good option when it's busy and the line is long. CPK is usually a trusted source for reliable food. I suppose if you eat in an airport, you are rolling the dice. It isn't like the pizza was bad, it was fine. The price, well you know how things go in an airport. The place was understaffed. On person was taking orders and only one was making the pizzas. Took a long time to get my pepperoni pizza, waiting amid a lot of hungry, impatient tourists. The employees were nice enough. Parking and egress are irrelevant.
