Excellent food and beautiful presentation! A little spendy, but it's an airport in Hawaii so not unexpected. My ahi tuna burger was sliced into large pieces so I had to eat with a fork which was odd but so tasty I didn't care! The only downside was the poor service (-1 star). We walked in and saw the kitchen didn't open until 4pm so we had a beer and bloody mary until we could order. There were maybe 6 customers including us and we had the worst time flagging our waitress down for drinks, food order, tab, etc... When we caught her, she never made eye contact and was watching the tv when we'd talk with her. Not incredibly professional.

Worst service. The burger looks unappetizing. $18.50 for a power burger loaded with aragula and the patty looks like mushed up and fried cardboard, it looks pale like chicken patty, fries not included you have to pay $4.00 for fries, plus tax, I ended up paying $23.56 for burger and fries without drink and bad attitudes from staff. The receptionist was rude too. She was standing next to the register and can take my roder but insisted I order from the link after you scan a QR code, no menu in sight. They are the only restaurant near E2 gate. Buy your food somewhere else. This is the worst, expensive, bad service burger joint.

Have eaten here multiple times and the same service and quality shines through:) The Caesar Salad is an absolute must, as all the dressings are made in house; real quality all around. The Steak Frites and Chicken Teriyaki Burger are both highly recommended, as they come with generous portions of sides, should you elect to add that on; sweet potato fries are incredible. They also have a nice kids option of choices as well. Very relaxed and open environment to sit in with cool golf vibes adding to a pleasant experience. Servers were so friendly and polite; a nice compliment to your travel time.

Was absolute garbage. If you like crap service and crap food, this is the place. Ordered 20 dollar flatbread and knew it wouldn’t be too big considering airport sizes. Not only did this not even have no effect on a 9 year-old but the service was just like the food. This nice guy told me to order on the QR code and I scanned it headed to my seat to fill in the information. The site looked somewhat weird and I said I didn’t want to pay on the website from the QR code. I asked the chef if I can pay here and she said “ask the waiter”. I then so waited and asked the waiter. Here’s the conversation:

“Hey” “Hi, so I just had a quick question, I was wondering if I could pay here instead of the app because it looked sketchy” “Do you have cash?” “No I don’t, do you guys not accept card?” (As there was a card reader not even 5 inches from my hand” “Alright fine, what could I get for you” “I’d just like to get a Margherita flatbread” “Alright. We normally don’t do this especially when we’re busy” (there were 5 people in the whole resteraunt, one of which was at the bar) “Got it, thanks” “It’ll be out in 15 minutes or so” (When I talked to the guy, he said it’d take 5 minutes or less) I waited about 5 minutes and that same guy came out with my order.

Not only that whole scheme but when I said down and opened the $19.88 box I lost my appetite when the portion size was smaller than the airplane snacks…

Never coming...

Literally cannot believe the experience I just had in this restaurant. My husband and I were sat at a 2 person table, and I asked the hostess to use an outlet. She pointed me to the bar and told me I would plug in my iPad there. I plugged it in and went to return to my table (right by the bar). The bar tender (female) immediately told me that I cannot use the outlet unless I am sitting at the bar. So, we had our seats relocated to the bar and I moved my food/drink and sat there and plugged in my iPad. The bar tender then goes “wow, you’re back? So you’re gonna take up space at my bar to use an outlet?” I said yes, we’re gonna come sit at the bar now. She goes “and take up space for another customer? THIS IS MY BAR! You can’t sit here, you need to leave.” When I told her I’m a paying customer and can sit at the bar, she said “okay, I’ll go get my manager then.” She continued to talk about me to all the other customers at the bar. This was on Friday, June 13th around 12:30pm. She then said “I’m going to get my manager.”

My husband and I paid our $81 bill and left. I asked to speak to a manager, I waited about 20 minutes - the hostess kept going to get the manager. She looked over at us and never came. Our flight was boarding, so I had to leave. Truly truly truly have never met an employee/bartender so rude in my life. Avoid...

I’m very easy to please if it’s edible and decent service I’m usually happy but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had and very expensive: Chicken strips worse than a frozen TV dinner. All fried food tastes like the grease hasn’t been changed in weeks. Beers drastically over priced. The food was so terrible we couldn’t eat it and got Burger King instead. Worst part was while leaving I asked the bartender for a glass of water to fill a cup for our flight and she told us to go to the filling station all the way down the terminal. I said “ ma’am we just spent $150 here can I please have a glass of water” she proceeded to very rudely say “can you give me a minute” and turned her back to me to continue talking to 3 other locals airline ground crew instead after I bought 3 drinks from our waitress that will prob give her tip share. This was the last few minutes of our trip to Hawaii and really was a low way to end it. Aloha must only be real when you are paying for it to her. Our waitress was very nice tho and we left her a very generous tip considering the terrible food. With all that said regardless of the atrocious attitude from the bartender the food was absolutely horrible and for 3 people was $150....
