If I could give them negative stars I would. So unbelievably rude. I work at Starbucks and I ordered a HOT coconut mocha macchiato. She asked me iced or hot and I clearly said hot and yet I still got it back iced. They were also a bit rude while ordering, as if they wanted us to just stop ordering already even though we weren’t being complicated. I politely said that it was supposed to be hot I wasn’t even mad or anything and she looked pissed and took it back to remake. I get it back and taste it and it tastes awful. I have made it before and I know what it’s supposed to taste like. It’s supposed to be a pretty sweet drink and it tasted like milk and coffee with bad tasting caramel on top. I’m extremely pissed because I did nothing wrong and I had been really excited to have a coffee all week and I finally found one and then this happened. I understand if I said the drink wrong or if it was my fault but I literally did nothing wrong. I seriously can’t believe how rude they were and I can’t even drink the coffee it tastes that bad. After seeing people who ordered after me get their drinks, I let one of the workers know I was waiting for my drink, thinking maybe it had been forgotten or moved in the order and the girl was so rude. she replied rudely, well we have a lot of drinks to make and we're making them in order (obviously not, if people after me are getting their drinks). a simple, sorry about that, i got it coming up right here would've sufficed. i wasn't even rude either, I was simply just asking about my drink after waiting 20 mins. i think a lot of people would've been way more rude than i was....

Despite clearly requesting a decaf coffee, my order was not prepared accordingly. Additionally, my husband's request to substitute regular milk with oat milk due to lactose intolerance was ignored. When we brought these issues to the staff’s attention, they were not apologetic also didn’t offer a replacement unless we asked them to.
