We will NEVER return. We ordered a BBQ beef plate and it was horrible. It looked like the beef was boiled because it was pale, dry, just crumbled when we picked it up with our chopsticks, and it was partly cold. This meant that it was probably microwaved. I was quite surprised when our order came out in less than five minutes and now I know why. We don't live nearby to Gina's so when I called to complain, the woman said that the beef was fried in a pan. Really? There was absolutely no color on the beef to even indicate that it was fried in a pan. Any establishment that does not care about the quality of their food, and then charges close to $12 for a plate, is not worth my patronage. When there are so many restaurants that are suffering because of the COVID-19 situation, we would rather support a local eatery that is truly deserving and cares about what they serve their customers. Photo is of the beef that was so dry, cold, and crumbly.

Their food is SO GOOD, and in large portions. The main treat you get is the side dishes, we got radish kimchi, daegu, cabbage kimchi, and seaweed, which were all so good, but you get to pick which four you want. We got the Pork Katsu Regular plate, and after both eating large servings, there are still about 2 servings leftover. Definitely don't need to order the regular serving for 1 or 2 people! The staff were pretty nice, but the main drag is the inside being very small and run down. Definitely a great spot for takeout, I'm currently full and content as I write this!

Fantastic Place! A must visit and definitely going to be one of my “go to” spots for delicious meals! The portions are huge and decent prices. Gina’s is definitely HIGHLY recommended. We had ordered, the kalbi, bbq chicken, bbq beef , and meat jun. The meals comes with 4 sides and was freshly made kimchi, bean sprouts, japchae, and ojingeochae! Sophie and Robert were very friendly staff and provided awesome recommendations to try on the next visit. Please support this local restaurant if you find yourself in Kapolei. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Gina's BBQ catering for an event of 15 people, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The entire process, from ordering to enjoying the food, was seamless and delightful.First off, the pricing for their catering services is incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality and quantity of food provided. It's rare to find such value, and Gina's BBQ really stands out in this regard. The taste of the food was absolutely fantastic—each dish was a hit among the guests, featuring authentic Korean flavors that were both rich and satisfying. The variety offered ensured that there was something for everyone, from perfectly seasoned meats to a range of side dishes that complemented the main courses beautifully. Moreover, the volume of food was more than generous. We ordered for 15 people, yet there were ample leftovers, which we happily enjoyed the next day. It's worth noting how well the food reheats, retaining its flavor and texture. In conclusion, Gina's BBQ exceeded my expectations with their Korean catering service. The combination of great prices, delicious and authentic food, and generous portions makes them a standout choice. I highly recommend Gina's BBQ for anyone looking to cater their next event with top-quality Korean cuisine. We'll definitely be ordering...

Gina's BBQ has been around for a long time, they are successful because of a few things, the food, the efficient service and friendliness.

The restaurant is very busy at lunch and dinner so you have to be prepared on what you want. I would spend extra time looking at the menu board BEFORE you step up to the counter, if not the people waiting in line will start to give you dirty looks. lol.

You will get a chance to choose your side dishes with your entree. Again, order with confidence. From then you will be doing a dance in the waiting area as the place has very little dining area and even less waiting for your order to be cooked. People are constantly coming in and out of the restaurant.

I normally just call in the order and save about 20 minutes off my wait time. They pack your order very well so even when I order the Yuk Gae Jang soup I don't normally worry about the container falling over in my car.

The prices are great for the food and quantity. Definitely a...
