I came in to purchase a sandwich and pIzza for our flight home. I was disappointed with the service that I received today. There were two servers working the front section however there was only one server who was able to ring up my order outside of the automated self checkout system. She was working behind the bar and the restaurant which was very busy. I do understood that she was busy and I waited patiently. The problem is that she said that she’d be right with me 5 times. The second time she asked me what I wanted and I told her that I wanted to order a pizza but she made no effort to actually take or submit my pizza order. Each time that we interacted she said she’d be right with me. Unfortunately she waited on 3 different customers who came in after me. Two of them came in, she took their orders and served them. One ordered pizza, received it and left. I asked after the 4th time of saying that she’d be right with me if she had submitted my order for pizza and she said she hadn’t. I felt like she was discriminating against me, and wasn’t interested in serving me at all. Despite this, I waited patiently and politely for 10 minutes, and then decided to put my sandwich and chips back in the case. Airport food complaints about this place include things like "it's microwaved pizza and not freshly made". Come on people, this is AIRPORT food, what does one expect? For $10 my mini personal Sun Dried Tomato Margherita Pizza drizzled with balsamic vinegar was pretty tasty, and it sure beat out a $10 cold sandwich! My Pina Colada came in a tall generous glass and it was about $15 and had way more booze than my local restaurant's and it was delicious. Our server/bartender/busser/dishwasher was Richard. I saw him do everything, because he was the only one working! Someone probably called in sick, but he kept his cool the whole time and still managed to whip up a great cocktail, get us our food in a reasonable amount of time and crack jokes. The server was awful (Joyaldol?) and the service absolutely sucked. Bartender was the biggest jerk I've ever encountered at a bar (which is a lot) and accused us of potentially being criminals because we had the audacity to bring our own glass to the bar for a refill on a soda, since our server took forever to bring it. Bartender accused us of taking an empty glass off of another table in order to avoid paying for a drink. This after we had already spent about 50 bucks for two pizzas and a soda. Avoid.

UPDATE: Manager did find us and comp our bill, and apologized profusely. At least there is one competent employee there. She was kind. I hope she finds a better place to work soon, because she is too good for...
