Came to get a breakfast sandwich at this Starbucks in the Honolulu airport, waited almost 10 minutes for the wrong sandwich. There was no line, 3 people working and when I confronted getting the wrong sandwich, I was argued with after rudely watching them take the incorrect sandwich from me and throwing it away. I asked if they would give the wrong sandwich to me so I could give to my daughter If they were just going to throw away and was very impolitely told no as they proudly threw food away. Starbucks just wastes food when their staff makes mistakes?? It took almost another 10 minutes to get the correct sandwich all the while, arguing their posted prices versus what was quoted to me and shown on my receipt. Had the order been corrected with polite staff to own the mistake, I would continue to go to Starbucks. I explained that it wasnât my faultâmy name was never called. With my boarding gate about to open, I had no choice but to accept the poorly made replacement. It was a disappointing experience, especially when time and clarity...

I ordered a black coffee, and assumed that's what I had been given. After letting it cool down I took a drink and immediately realized that the coffee had milk in it. Which I am allergic to. Fortunately I didn't drink enough of it for it to be a health issue.
I set out to return the drink and explain the mix up, only to discover that the location had closed 30 minutes earlier than is listed.
I expect things like this from lesser coffee chains, but not from Starbucks. There was a time when the Starbucks name stood for high quality products and service. I guess those days...
