I love McDonalds Monopoly, so I was really excited to go back and get some pieces after years of having no Monopoly.
But man, I was trying to avoid posting about this place, but I feel like nobody cares, since it is a McDonalds so hopefully they will fix this. When making a mobile order for this specific location, the mobile order stalls are often full of people not waiting for mobile orders. I was hoping to ordered a quick lunch last Sunday on my way home from some morning errands, and I pulled up and unfortunately needed to park on the side since the stalls for mobile ordering pick up were full. I wasnt able to confirm my order because I didnt have a stall number, so I went inside to get my order. Asked the cashier for my order and they got to work making it. My fiancee ordered something as well, so I told her to send it to the counter for pick up. Her order came out first, and I waited about 10m before asking to follow up with my order. No biggie~ not their fault since the parking situation outside is like the wild west.
While waiting, another person steps right in front of me asking if my fiancee's order was his. I politely said that it was my order. Then he proceeded to take the bag, and the one drink in the drink carrier and walk away to sit in the dining area. Not the staff's fault again, so I asked if they could make another since someone just stole my order. A rather rude customer behind me went out of her way to say that I was lying. Incredible lol.
After finally getting my order, I get home to find out that we were missing 2 Monopoly pieces. Icing on the cake.
Giving them a 2* because I wouldn't have had to journey through their wild west if their stalls werent fully occupied with customers not picking up mobile orders.
I salute all of you Doordash/UberEats drivers that have to pick up from here. Next time I order delivery i'll tip better with the consideration that they may have had a difficult journey to bring me my McDonalds from...
Read moreBy far my worst experience with a McDonalds restaurant of my entire 63 years of my life!!! 1st: The location was extra busy tonight. Which is always good, but when I finally received my order the fries were cold and soggy!!! Unacceptable 2nd: I was unaware that the fries were the way they were until I drove off. So, I tried calling and no one, not even a manager bothered to pickup the phone and I kept getting this ridiculously stupid message asking me for a code. So, I went back to the McCully location which took me less than 4 minutes to get there from the time I drove away. 3rd: By far the worst part of the entire tragic experience was when I explained to the staff member at counter what poor service I had received what came out of her mouth was totally disrespectful!!! She said, "We are really busy, so you should need to be patient." Never once did anyone, not even the Manager who was standing right in front of me say they were sorry!!! Because none of them were sorry for the worst service ever by any McDonalds location in the world!!! When I finally got home and was hoping to at the least enjoy my meal the box for my Big Mac wasn't closed good and had spilt out into the package and the fish from my Fillet-O-Fish sandwich was hanging halfway off the bun with the tarter sauce on the edga of only one side of the bun!!! Anyone and everyone employed by McCully McDonalds should be ashamed of what I had to experience and how the poor actions of just 2 individuals is ruining the reputation and integrity of McDonalds, especially the McCully location!!! Read moreI had an order that involved a mistake (I ordered a double quarter pounder and got something different). When I had brought it back I first had to deal with being ignored by staff. They locked the doors shortly before I arrived and ignored me knocking and pointing to my bag. It was around 11:30pm
Thankfully a customer inside let me in. I kept a smile on and let them know what happened. They gave me my burger but sadly it was still incorrect. I ordered it with no sauces and with shredded cheddar to replace the amercan slices, but I got it with 0 condiments and what looked like bbq inside. I politely mentioned it and repeated what I had ordered and they went to make it again without many words spoken. When they brought it to me, it had a little fingertip of the shred cheddar in the middle of the top patty despite it normally having two slices on both pats and to top it off I recieved no apologies.. just "ok" and a blank stare throughout the whole ordeal.
What happened to customer service?? I'm disappointed, and I dont know how else to express this when I believe the manager was the one giving me this unacceptable service. No passion or care for my inconvenience.. why is that? I was nice the whole time :( and I just felt undervalued as a customer. I even jogged back from home to sort it out still with a smile on my face. Not once was I rude, but their handling of it all?...
