Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Honolulu

I ordered a medium half all meat, half mushroom and olive, extra sauce and cheese over all and a 20pc bbq wings. I received an all meat pizza with a few olives on half and 2 mushroom slices. Sauce was good. If it had extra cheese, what i got didnt even look like their online pictures. Had a communication problem with woman taking order. Not unusual in Hawaii, but she spoke perfect English and so do I, she just didnt seem to understand the order and i had to repeat my order several times. She finally read it back to me correctly, but it was entered wrong on the box and the pizza was not what i ordered at all. Long day and to tired to call and complain. I just picked meats off my side. Delivery guy was training. Nice guy, good personality. Gave him $10 tip on top of $50 order. Overall, very disappointed, going back to Dominos. April 6, 2023 Ordered pizza online at 7:30pm Called store manager 5 times Answered on the 5th time and placed me on hold for 40 minutes Pizza was delivered at 9:30pm Pizza arrived cold I drove to the store in person to get my much deserved refund On duty manager was given directions from Kanoe, the GM that I was not to be given a refund. Instead I waited there in the store for them to remake my order. (mind you I tipped the driver $5 to deliver a cold pizza 1.5 hours after the estimated deliver time) Since I was told I would not be given a refund I went to Papa Johns corporate site to research their "quality guarantee"

Since I will not be given a refund, I will place a 1 star review multiple times until their overall rating drops to a 1...

This place has bad service. Not sure what’s her name but she’s an older lady. She’s rude. Came across her twice for door dash pick up. I don’t normally have issues with restaurants but this place (mainly her) just have a very bad attitude. 1st time , I was in the middle of confirming the order and she was giving me attitude. I brushed it off and said have a good night. She could be having a rough day who knows. The second time I picked up from here, I mentioned who I’m picking up for and I thought she didn’t hear so I repeated it the second time just to make sure. Again with the attitude. She seemed angry. She slammed the order on the table. And the boy worker picked it up and handed it to me. I’m just kindly picking up orders and delivering. I don’t need this kind of attitude from someone.
