Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Honolulu

Slow and Rude staff. Ordered carry out. Came by 20 minutes later and they had not put the pizza in the oven yet. Staff was upset at me that they were busy and had to deal with my order. I get you can be busy, but just say sorry we're busy it's taking a little longer don't make me feel like I'm in the wrong for placing an order.

Edit: The guy who handed me my Pizza was nice enough. But I really have to agree with the other recent reviews, the quality of the Pizza has just gone done a lot. It tastes like Dominos did before they redid their pizza. Crust is very bland, the amount of ingredients they put on now is not very much. I love Pizza Hut pizza but I like some locations more than others. Personally, I feel the Wilder Street location is the best one and it is the location I try to frequent the most often. Not only do I feel like the pizza there is better, I am always greeted by the manager or whoever works the cash register when I enter and I feel like they try to get to know me. I used to come to this location more often, but moved and it makes going here harder. My other favorite location at the Kamehameha Shopping Center on North School Street. I ordered online and completed my payment, then it asked me "more food?" so I added another "Edge Pizza" that you were promoting. I then realized Pizza hut charged me twice for delivery etc. I called Pizza Hut Hawaii customer service line and the gentlemen was rude, telling me the only way I will get my refund is to CANCEL the whole order, wait 5-6 business days to receive your refund and submit new payment. I always order from Pizza Hut and I can never get a straight answer. I also been accumulating "Reward points", they say I can never use them?? Getting tired of this.... may not eat Pizza Hut again.
