I wosh i could give mo stars. Horrible service from owner no greeting very rude and curt with customer. When i asked why he was being so mean to me he said thats the way he is. I needed to understand thats how he talks...reallly is it acceptable to treat customers especially a first time one like that. And he even has a sign at the register that they have the right to refuse service to rude people...well what about the one behind the counter. Subway you are spending millions of dollars on a tv campaign to promote your refresh branding but you have owners like this...it would also help if the plaxo was clean...and the bread was cooked correctly and fresh check the picture .sorry you just lost me to Jersey Mike's who treated me with respect and as a valued customer.    Read moreThis is the worst subway ever. Workers donât care, the owner is rude and doesnât care also. And you wonder why they have such a high turnover. Order was wrong the past 3 times ordering online. They really skimp out on the amount of veggies they put also. Ordered a sandwich online again, this time with the add on mozzerella. Paid an extra $2.75 for that cheese only to go home and realize they didnât even add the cheese. Went back to the store to only be greeted with the ownerâs unnecessary attitude. A simple apology would go a long way, but of course no apology for the mistake. Left with a bad taste in my mouth. Definitely would not recommend anyone to spend their money here.
