Repetti's Pizza and Provisions — Restaurant in Honolulu

I am writing to share with you my experience at one of my favorite Italian restaurants on Oahu, Repettis. With its authentic and fresh offerings, combined with exceptional customer service, it has become my go-to dining destination.

The quality of food at Repettis is unparalleled. The dishes served are not only delicious but also generously portioned, ensuring that every visit leaves me completely satisfied. The flavors are incredibly vibrant, showcasing the true essence of Italian cuisine.

I can not emphasize enough how impressed I am with the level of customer service provided at Repettis. The staff members are attentive, polite, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable dining experience. From the moment you step through the door until the time you leave, you are made to feel like a valued guest.

Repetti’s, I want to like you, I really do. Three times here and each time the wait is longer and longer. Today’s visit was highlighted by watching multiple people come in and out and waiting over 30 minutes for a sandwich in an empty restaurant. Multiple people behind us placed their orders and two people turned around and said “wait I didn’t pay”, walking out with their food while I continued to wait.

After everyone cleared the restaurant myself and two other parties waiting for our orders we were finally patronized being offered a beer for free for the waste of our time. It’s now 40 minutes later, I’m still sitting here waiting for two subs, and fried mozzarella praying that it will be enjoyable to eat at least. I hope I can find out soon. I continue to see to customers who entered before us leaving with their food. This is astonishingly terrible service. If the staff had even been friendly it would have improved the experience.

Maybe the issue is with prioritization of online orders, dine in...

I hate to have to write this but after 2 bad experiences with the food, people should know.

On 2/1 I came here and order a slice of pepperoni and sausage pizza. Tasted ok. It was what I expected, However, within 30ins or so after eating it, I started feeling nauseous. So much so, when I got home about an hour later, it all came back up. I knew it was the pizza because that's all I ate .

On 2/4 my roommate and colleague went and had pizza too. The same EXACT thing happened to my colleague but not my roommate. He got home and before the night was over he said he was buckled over with nausea until he could no longer hold down the pizza. He though had split a pie with my roommate, eating 3.slices instead. Coincidentally, sausage and pepperoni.

I think that the sausage was spoiled as I 'thought' at the time of eating it, it tasted sour or strangely off. I disregarded it as just a 'different' flavor.

I would not recommend eating here. Food...
