This is the ugliest I’ve felt in years.

Would not recommend for people with curly hair or men who want long-ish hair. I wanted to get a slight trim resembling a shorter of my current haircut, and I described it like that. I wanted the back and sides to be a little shorter, but that was it. I specified that my bangs would not be thinned or cut above my eyebrows, and my hair would still remain medium length.

I have curly hair, and mentioned that my hair shrinks after it becomes wet, like most people with curly hair. I was assured it would be fine, and I thought she understood. She wet my hair and began cutting, and I couldn’t see because she placed my wet bangs in front of my eyes.

In the end, she did almost nothing that I wanted. She didn’t trim my hair, she gave me a new haircut. She made the entirely of my hair the same length, and somehow made my bangs the shortest of it all. She also cut my bangs way above my eyebrows, completely disregarding the fact that curly hair shrinks. In the end, I’m upset that she disregarded my instructions and just gave me a new haircut. It looks completely different, and I’m upset and sad that I decided to get my hair cut.

So please, if you are a man who wants long-ish hair or if you have curly hair, this place is not...

First of all, they do not accept walk ins as the person at the front gave us information to make appointment online for next time (which will definitely not happen). Second, the person who cut my daughter’s hair totally ruined it!!!! Too short, and didn’t do what I asked ( even if I did ask her to fix it, I don’t think she would of gotten it right. It was hopeless), nothing in my daughter’s hair is even. I also felt she was a little too rough. I’m sooo upset because her birthday will be coming up soon and we loved her long hair. Now, I’ll be spending more money on fixing her mistake and I guess my daughter will be walking with a bob cut this holiday....

I desperately didn't want to write a review however the haircut I got was horrible. I wished for my hair to still be long in some areas however she still cut it in the spirit of even. Now everything is short and she said "you have had long hair for a while now, you have to get used to short" ITS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. It was as if she was learning along with me on how to cut hair. I know this is bad for the other hairdressers/cutters who may be good, but if there is a 1 out of 4 chance of getting this woman than it's essentially a 1 out of 4 chance of getting an ass haircut.
