If Google allowed reviewers to give NEGATIVE Stars, I would've given this location ANOTHER set of 5 negative stars this morning.
I order between $45-$55.00 per morning, literally 5 to 7 days every week, of Fraps & breakfast foods & have been forced to do so thru a delivery mobile service for over a month now after having to place my car into a garage for engine work.
Today is Saturday. So since this past Monday, this Starbucks crew has ENTIRELY omitted including ANY drink STRAWS 3:3 of those 6 days. Today, the 3rd day straight in a row they've sent my order of four venting sized Frappuccinos without including 1 single drink straw, I immediately called the store to do what I hate to do (complain..My God it took me 3 of 6 days of no straws before I had no other choice but to tell someone there), hold back the best to my abilities as I'm sitting here still fuming with rage smoke exiting my ears, going all out medieval on the chick who finally picked up the store's phone with a verbal tirade I've tried week after week to try to avoid reaching such furious frustration levels.
The employee's tone, upon listening to my complaint for the daily amt of $$ I have paid almost 7 days every week for over 1 month & why I am unable to drive to the store myself, never once even partially FAKED empathy &/or concern over that Starbucks' poorly trained or thoughtlessly bankrupt as far as commitment to overall satisfaction and meeting the plainly OBVIOUS NEEDS for why their customers who ordered 4 Fraps everyday for over a month, even would require that perhaps the store staff slowed down or straightened the f--- up & paid closer attention to including, gee..idk..4? Maybe even a bonus 5th straw sent out with such orders, since their green plastic ones are the absolute WORST restaurant chain industry's for the reputation of cracking or splitting entirely down the side etc more often on all customers at least fairly regularly.
Omg to think they're incapable of including basic 4 straws -- stab me in the eye if I ever were to "accidentally" also open my every morning delivered 2 bags of food & 4 Fraps to see-- no! Is that? Really?? Yes! I actually even was thought enough about by the Starbucks crew, that they stuffed a single, lonely napkin into the sack AND the straws!!!
Jackpot!
Poor customer service. Absent thoughts abt customer's essential basic needs. Lack of giving a single hoot over the phone when someone who hates complaining, is FORCED to call and COMPLAIN, bc for the THIRD day straight we are forced to try and "enjoy" sipping our venti Frappuccinos straw less, just straight off the cup rim.
I will give this location 1-2 more tries then I'm cutting off all my daily orders from this franchise and going with Dunkin or a non-national branded Cafe.
Get your frickin acts together & when talking over the phone with jilted (AGAIN) customers who've been heavily loyal to your branch, try to at least pretend acting as if there is one molecule of care/concern in your tone of voice. The flat affect routine is going to get your heads ripped off someday bc it's not congenial...

I was on my way to an appointment and needed a coffee because our baby kept us up all night. I swung through the drive through, but received a call from a client that I had been trying to get a hold of for days. I picked up and it was my turn at the drive through at nearly the same time. I asked my client if he could hold for a second while I ordered (I can't imagine someone being on the phone while ordering is that uncommon).
I guess the teens working behind the bar found that rude as I was driving down the street when a slimy substance found its was through my lid. I gagged in disgust. When I pulled open the top, it was clearly a very large luggie.
When I returned later in the day with the cup to complain, I was greeted with the same 3 teens and no manager. They asked to see the cup and promptly poured it out so I had no evidence (I figure the cup had a time/date stamp and maybe even he maker of the coffee- thank God I had the sense to at least take a picture first!) They assured me that no one on their team would ever do that, but asked if they could make me a new coffee to make up for it.
I guess it is strictly O'Henry's and Octane for me now (its a shame because Starbucks is much more...
Read moreI have been visiting this Starbucks 2-3 times per week for the past four years. It has gone downhill so dramatically in the last few months. Three of the last four times that I've ordered on the app they've been out of something when I've arrived to pick it up. I understand that the individual baristas don't control their store's inventory but each time this has happened I've had to explicitly ask for a refund. They have made no efforts to resolve my issues and demonstrate poor service each time, bordering on rude.
I was compelled to write this review today after my fourth unpleasant visit in a row. When I arrived, the mobile order that I had placed ten minutes ago was not ready. There were four baristas behind the counter, two of whom were behind the registers. There were no customers in line. No one acknowledged me or offered assistance. After four minutes a fifth barista came out of the back and saw me and assisted.
This used to be a great Starbucks but the service has completly tanked. I would highly caution anyone from visiting this location. There are two other coffee shops on this same road within two miles that both have much stronger service. I will not...
