Cook Out — Restaurant in Hopewell

My family went last night about 11:00pm and the young lady at the first window got my entire order incorrect. We pulled around again to place a separate second order for our daughter and ended up at the second window. The little girl there had a nasty demeanor. I was trying to tell her how my first order was incorrect and instead of trying to help she cut me off and says “then why didn’t you go back to the first window?”. I wasn’t aware that both windows were separate entities from the establishment as a whole. If there’s a concern it should be the collectives job to address it. I told her instead of getting nasty she should be telling us what needs to be done to resolve the issue. She then cut me off again and said “go back to the first window” and shut her window on my family. If Cookout is going to have people there with such nasty and unprofessional dispositions then this establishment is going to have way more problems than a little bit. That young lady needs to take that nasty attitude of hers home and keep it there. Ultimately we pulled back around and told the first window what happened and the girl who messed the order up was very nonchalant about it. The only reason I gave two stars was because the guy assisting the girl at the first window addressed our issue and was very professional about it. This establishment looked like it was ran by a bunch of immature children and I’m not sure where management even was...

The first week this location was opened ,they were great ! Food out fast ,fresh and excellent customer service ! A month later they can’t keep that same energy. Two weeks ago we got shakes and they didn’t taste like anything,and my sons had banana in it when it was supposed to be a Reese’s cup shake ? I took it back in and the man laughed at what I was saying and said okay I’ll just get you another made so I let it slide and as we unpackaged our food was literally standing large amount of grease to the point when you tried to take a bite was like mouth full of grease and not to mention i am not sure if they threw the burger but kinda looked like it . Fast forward to two days ago and my son’s burger was gooey and super pink in middle ,I went back and the man stated oh that’s how we cook them ? I said you cook them raw ,he states yes ,I said I would like a new one cooked correctly for my child ,so after some attitude about it and looking like he just out of it ,he had another ordered after asking me 3 times if it was a double or single to which I told him it was a single multiple times before another was made . Employees tonight, specifically the guy taking orders at the drive thru window. A customer should be able to ask a question about what they are ordering. Seems the guy felt burdened to be taking my order at all. I hate that environment for cookout because it should be more welcoming and upbeat

Edit: 4th and last visit. Usually I can just ignore the rude demeanor from the employees but today was my last time… on top of the fact that I wasn’t feeling well, all I wanted was a burger and fries and I asked a question or two, which prompted an employee to yell from inside as if Questions are just off limit. Since when can’t you ask questions about what you’re ordering?! I just wonder what type of higher up personnel would higher all ppl with same nasty disposition and moreover what person in charge would want this type of environment?!
