Jersey Mike's — Restaurant in Horizon West

I have been meaning to do a review but it’s been a rough couple of weeks. It was just about closing and I had just gotten back from the airport picking up a family member who came to visit her dad who had ALS. Dylan who was working that night along with Alex. They took my order. They were true professionals. They could have easily said we were closed but they didn’t. Dylan made my sub. They both asked how my night was. I proceeded to tell tell them. They both were understanding and ended up giving me the sub at no charge. I was very thankful. Moved forward to today 10-15. I just flew back from Maryland after attending my friends memorial service. Again very close to closing time. Alex made my sub. She could have easily said that they were closed but no she made my sub. Again asked me how my night was not knowing what I did this weekend. Both very understanding and very sympathetic. I truly appreciate them and the store. I have always received excellent service from this location. Both these two are A+++++ employees....

Great service, great quality food, with the important bonus of polite, respectful staff! The manager makes sure the staff follow every step correctly. He asks customers who dine in how the food is and does what you expect from a GREAT manager. We dined in three times so far, and every time we were pleased with the quality of sandwiches and the wonderful manner of the staff. They have gone through proper training and know it is important to take care of their customers and create a pleasant experience. Please keep up the great work because many of us are tired of poor customer service and rudeness of staff in nearby fast food restaurants and Dunkin donuts. We stopped by today for the first time, and I cannot express how amazing not only the sandwiches were, but Shanice along with her crew and the manager, are just as amazing - if not more! They were super friendly, and patient as we weren’t sure of what to order at first. They even asked us our thoughts on the sandwiches right after to make sure we enjoyed them. The #8 is now my favorite sandwich. We will definitely be back again very soon! I will even bring family to this location for lunch during the summer.
