Arby's — Restaurant in Horn Lake

I pulled up to the drive thru window, i was asked to hold so i said yes, a few seconds later i was rudely asked to please hold. I ordered a classic roast beef n cheddar meal and a french dip and swiss meal. I was then asked if i wanted swiss cheese on my french dip and swiss sandwich and after restating over and over that yes i wanted the classic number 7 i finally was able to move on with my order. I got two dr peppers with no ice. I got to the window and was told my total was 15 dollars and some change. I was handed back 2 dollar bills and THREE DOLLARS IN QUARTERS. I was a little frustrated but i wasn't going to get upset over some change. I then got my bag of food. I looked inside to discover one of my sides of fries was completely upside down as if it was intentional. I then got my drinks and they had ice so i told the employee that i asked for no ice. I was then handed two pepsi's instead of dr peppers. Then i was asked if i wanted the "are juice" (im assuming she was trying to say au jus) so i ordered a french dip and swiss and was asked if i wanted the swiss cheese AND the au ju (the two things that make the french dip and swiss different from just a plain roast beef sandwich). I really like arbys food but this service was ridiculous. I feel as if my 5 year old could have given better service than what i received tonight. Very...

Probably the best fastfood restaurant in Hornlake in front of the Home Depot on Goodman Rd being that I have never been even once and not received hot,fresh, and fast food. I absolutely love Arby's after discovering this location. I drive further to this location than the one closest to my home that is next to Popeyes in Olive Branch because of the above listed reasons and also because the Olive Branch location is slow, 50% of the time mess up your order, can be seen heating you food in the microwave instead of making it fresh which makes the lettuce horrible if ordering the Gyro and don't you dare ask for it to be made fresh because then they act as if you just ruined their day and how dare you expect your food that you just paid $35 for to be made fresh instead of reheated, they also then give off the vibe that you question whether or not you should even eat the food they had to make fresh because you just know that there is something extra in it that shouldn't be, they are...

I placed my order at the Drive Through Kiosk. I asked for the $6 Special, Well done Chicken and Curly Fries. I pulled to the window and paid. I was the only car there. The young lady at the window was nice. I was checking my food while I was at the window because the door was locked. The older lady, the manager approached the window after the told the young lady my chicken and fries was cold. She had a Horrible and Ridiculous Bad Attitude. To be a manager she is unfit. I told the cashier that I wanted a refund because because I don't want no one fixing me anything with an attitude, she said, "Me Either." The manager on duty sucks. If she don't like her job, she needs to leave. She destroyed my happy spirit because I was happy when I got there and angry when I left.
