Because there's no zero star option. Daniel, the store manager is totally useless, and his assistant manager, Latisse (unsure of spelling) is so very rude. Took 2 years to settle a purchase with install on their product under their installers... Installers botched the install, ruined my product, came back over and over and over, over 2 years!!! Then the manager and his minion ducked my phonecalls for weeks, lied for and about each other, even hung up on me for asking a legitimate question, and didn't want to refund the cost of their own installation teams screw ups. The employee basically told me I was lying and showed me a video that indicated that the employee put cheese on both sandwiches. I was made to feel like a thief.
