Today is 3.2.22. I frequent Freddy's often, very often. My family always said to me "you know you love Freddy's." I go sometimes for lunch and then for dinner on most days. I will remain on the premises some days and eat in my car. I've had so many issues and bad experiences but yet still give them chance after chance. They hit and miss a lot especially lately.
On last night, 3.1.22, I decided I wanted Freddy's for dinner. As always, I specially told the lady when placing my order that I wanted the onions and mustard on my Freddy's Original Double but not the cheese or pickles. I asked if she would add mayo, ketchup, lettuce and tomato in addition to the mustard and onions that come on the sandwich. She went over the order with me at least 3 times and still it was wrong. The onion rings were good as always and hot. Upon arriving home to eat my food, I looked and although I was charged for a double, I was only given a single patty. Then there was cheese on it and two large pickles and very little mustard, that was it. No lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo or ketchup. Plus, I wasn't given any ketchup for my onion rings. I do not like cheese on my sandwich as I don't care for cheese on sandwiches. I also do not like pickles, at all. This has happened to me several times before that my sandwich was wrong. Not too long ago after the lady taking my order had a very bad attitude...and had gone over my order, so she said, to be sure it was right...still after parking and eating in the car...only to find I was given a burger with two slices of melted cheese and so much mustard and about 2 pieces of onion on it. That was my dinner and it was all messed up. What I asked not to be put on that sandwich was on it and what I asked to be on the sandwich was not on it.
I'm over Freddy's and will not be going back anymore. I am done with the restaurant regardless of the location. Plus, I've been calling to talk to a manager about my order last night and no one is answering the phone. I've called and called and just decided I'll chalk it...
Read moreA group of us were there the evening of 3/6. This was our family’s first visit to a Freddy’s. I will start with the only positive, once we received our food after the 45 minutes wait, it was really good. Now for the bad. The fact there wasn’t a clean table in the place should have been our first sign to leave when we walked in. The restaurant was extremely nasty. Some of the fountain drinks where out of syrup, so the machine was piled so high with ice from customer pouring their drinks back out, the ice was spilling into the floor. We were there approximately one and half hours, not once did anyone try to address it. There was trash in the floor under all of the tables, had not been swept all day. The staff was very rude and obviously unable to handle their workload, restaurant was only half full. When I picked my food up, I asked the employee for ketchup, her response, front counter. The front counter had approximately five people waiting on ice cream and another ten waiting to order. I patiently waited for a few minutes and decided to do without ketchup. My daughter informed me, she didn’t get a fork for her chili dog, so I decided to go back to the front counter, waited a few more minutes, couldn’t get any help. I went back to where I picked up my food and asked the same lady for ketchup and a fork again. She huffed and went and got them for me. At this point the restaurant put all orders on hold, they had reached their breaking point. Their was 5-6 ice creams sitting on the counter melted from customers getting refunds. We seen two families get a refund and leave. The friends we were with had ordered a single ice cream, they got a refund after waiting twenty minutes for it. Read moreI visited this store multiple times, and each time was worse than the last. The first experience was a rude lead, the young lady that took my order was a trainee and she was very nice, when I told her they got my order wrong. The lead behind her, who very rude, was speaking very loudly when she stated she could not make my order right because I should have stated it correctly on the initial order. Which in turn angered me, as I stated to her how poor of a job she was doing and that I had to rearrange my order because they were out of everything and then I asked for the manager. The manager did appear and made things right, but still left a bad experience in my mind. Second go around a month later, I decided to try this Freddy’s again. True to form they was out of everything signature to Freddy’s such as fries, and brownie treat, and soda choices. I again rearranged my order to what they did have, only to get to my destination two minutes away and find that all my food, was ice cold. I will never visit this location again. I would rather travel all the way to the Freddy’s on Germantown Parkway, who is consistent with great service and great food. The Freddy’s in Horne Lake could take a few pointers from that location.
