If google allowed zero stars I would put it as that. I don’t know if the last time we went was a fluke and it was really good or this time we were lucky to experience an extremely bad day. Anyways, me and my coworker decided to order food for lunch from this location. First order was a jalapeño popper smash burger, a salad, and wings. Second order was wings and buffalo chicken cheesesteak eggrolls. When we arrived to the location at 11:32 (we placed both orders at 11:00am). We walk in and are immediately greeted by construction around the front area and the front desk. We didn’t know who to go to until this elderly lady ask if we needed help. (Obviously or else we wouldn’t just walk in and look around). She immediately had attitude and gave sass. We told her we were there to pick up our food and she just took off to the kitchen. Minutes later bringing us only one bag so we checked it and of course it was only the second order. Some how being done before the first order. She handed it to us without looking at us or saying anything and walked back to her table. We went up to her explaining that we were missing half of our order and she rolls her eyes and shoves my coworker out of the way (literally shoves her) and takes off to the kitchen once again. Coming back minutes later telling us it wasn’t done yet. I went to the bartender asking if it was the manager we were talking to and it wasn’t. So I guess the elderly lady is just a hostess. (Bartender and server with glasses were actually amazing and helpful). The bartender went to grab the manager who did come out but was as useless as it can get. I had to take a step out to cool myself down and when I walked back in I asked the server and bartender how long we would have to wait for and they went to check. The manager proceeded to come out again to explain there was a mistake made and they had to make the burger. Which should only take a few minutes. It is now 11:45am and our break ends at 12:00pm. I told the manager forget the burger and just give us what is made. He walks in the kitchen and takes minutes to come back out and says we will take the burger and salad off the receipt). I did not care about getting a refund. I would’ve just taken the hit to the wallet to get the food that was done so we could at least get some food in before going back to work. I really wished they didn’t include the burger because it was 1000% rushed. This location is absolutely awful compared to any of their other locations like Doylestown and souderton. Avoid this location for pjs. Unless you want attitude and to be shoved by the hostess and a useless manager. I had to bite my tongue while I was at the restaurant because the rudeness that was presented by the hostess was unbearable. Mind you we were only there to pick...

TLDR: had fun post-work drinks and food with co-workers, outdoor seating was really nice, Juliet was personable and did a fantastic job serving us and with recommendations (Cranberry Fizz is really good!).

Some coworkers and I went here to have some drinks and food. The weather won't be this nice for much longer so we wanted to enjoy the outdoor seating while we could. Our server, Juliet, was welcoming, friendly, and talkative (in a good way). She gave us some tips on what to order: I forget if anyone else in our party took her recommendations, but certainty did with the Cranberry Fizz which was surprisingly good given I usually don't love vodka drinks, but the ginger beer saved the drink. She gave us the perfect amount of time for us to decide what we wanted to eat and continued to stop by to make sure we were all set and having a good time throughout our visit.

No complaints with the food, but chickens fingers and fries are almost always good anywhere. We mainly came by for the atmosphere, and to chill with drinks after work.

There was a family celebrating a birthday and after 30 min we can't believe they did not get up and walk out. It was a party of 10, 4 being very young. I said happy birthday and that the service is ridiculous tonight. They shared they were told in the morning that they could be accommodated but that was false, they separated the party into 2 tables. Then it took over an hour for them to get their food. My heart was breaking for the toddlers and parents and I assume the Grandparents. None of them looked happy and you could hear the frustration. I would have walked out if my kids were with me. To make it worse4, they waiting almost another full hour to get their dessert. A male manager came over and his response was you food is coming. They asked for the kids food first (when they ordered) and still nope. That Manager should have discounted or removed some of their food but they did not. When leaving we we heard them say, they will no longer recommend or go back there again The staff was horrible. We loved it there in the summer, sitting outside and the staff was vey attentive.
