Wawa — Restaurant in Horsham Township

The person pizza is great for a quick fix or whatever! No problem, however we had two different people make our pizza order 778 and 785 they where order via touch screen within 4-5 min apart . You only get a few options when making a personal pizza at this location, cheese, pepperoni, and a few other options. My friend had pepperoni . His order got pepperoni on top when I saw it and it looked great. I went in and did the same thing when my order came out it look like it was cheese. Thought they made a mistake ! However, young lady said she put the pepperoni under the chases ! And then try to pick a part my pizza I told her no I will check if you are correct no problem! To sum it up McDonald’s has a formula, Pizza Hut has a formula ,Subway has a formula. Wawa you must have a formula! . I was there when he ordered his pizza. He hit pepperoni and I was there certainly when I ordered my pizza, I hit pepperoni! obviously two people read the order and made it. It was good, but it caused confusion . Which you must learn from this. I’m giving you free game when it comes to the restaurant business I can’t tell you what corporation I work for but I will definitely tell you one thing., You must have everything uniformed when you’re making sandwiches, pizzas ,burgers etc. unless otherwise custom ordered which wasn’t available to me! I could’ve been an irate customer or the new term Karen ! Instead, I just present the previous order in my order with the same ticket . Did I care ? not really as long as I got pepperoni . Could it had cause an issue with someone mentally unstable who likes to push buttons yes learn from this and make sure everyone has the same order. Other than that it was pretty decent! I will return. Unfortunately, I may be scared to come to this place, so I’ll wait...

No bike rack at this location even though this is a large Wawa with plenty of space on the brovo side of the building.

I have little doubt that original land development ordinances of Horsham Township requires bike racks in some cases, just don't know why there is none at this relatively new place especially with the cross county bike trail partially in place right across the street.

I hope Wawa management might make a rack...

I am so very pleased with the customer service of this Wawa! Today me and my mom went in for a quick lunch stop and from the cleanliness in the store, customer service in deli and beverage as well as checkout, I was completely satisfied.
