We went to Brick House Grill later in the afternoon with hopes of a quicker lunch so we could continue our exploration of downtown, but we ended up being there for over an hour. While I understand that it takes time for food to cook, we became so antsy waiting for our food as we’re given multiple assurances that our food would be ready soon. We ordered cheese curds - they were incredible - a burger, and a chicken sandwich, which were fine. The staff overall was nice (kind of). Our first waitress who took our drinks was fairly rude; our second waitress was friendly. Another one of the employees came over to chat with us while we waited for our food. But towards the end of the meal my friend noticed that a different employee was standing there staring at us. I had hoped he was maybe just looking in our general direction as he did look away briefly, but as we left the restaurant his head was turned towards our direction again. And even creepier, when we went upstairs to a coffee shop, we could see him through the window still looking in our direction. Maybe we should’ve said something, but we didn’t. Instead we were asking our waitress for things multiple times (extra napkins, a to go box, our check) and waiting what seemed like forever to actually get the items. But those cheese curds with ranch - delicious!

My husband and I went to eat here for my birthday the other day and it was amazing! We got the combo appetizer and I really enjoyed the onion rings but the mozzarella sticks were the real treat of the appetizer. They were so thick and the breading felt very homestyle, it really seemed like they cut a huge chuck of cheese straight off the block and breaded and fried it themselves. Then the potato soup officially topped my list of favorite potato soups! Our awesome waiter JJ informed me that the soup is homemade and you can definitely tell. It was super creamy and cheesy and just delicious! And my steak was perfectly cooked and was so tender and juicy. My husband got the daily special which was a crispy chicken sandwich. We were amazed at the size of it. Huge! He couldn't even eat his fries because the sandwich was so filling. He said it was one of the best chicken sandwiches he's ever had. While the prices had gone up a couple dollars from the menus posted here online, and did seem a little steep, we received excellent service and delicious food that I ultimately felt was worth the cost. The overall experience was wonderful and we will definitely be going back in the future! (The photo is after I already ate half the steak. I didn't think to take a picture until after I'd already dug in. 🤣)

We ordered our entrees and waited an abnormally long time. When the food came not only were we missing some food but after asking for salt and A1 we didn’t see our waitress again for 15 minutes or so. My burger was so badly cooked it was like biting into a hockey puck. My friends burger came completely RAW, it was squishy.. after sending it back to be remade it came back about as burnt as my burger was. My friends steak came rare even after she asked for it medium well. It was a Saturday night so i understand if the waitress was busy but 3 tables in our section that got seated between 20-30 minutes after us had already ate and left. We had been forgotten about. The kitchen staff seems like they have no idea how to cook. The only good part about the meal was how kind the manager was in apologizing for the food and the waitresses absence, he generously took care of not charging us for our entrees but I genuinely have never been more dissatisfied with restaurant service. Would NEVER go here again.

Visited today with my family. 4 adults, & a 1 & 3 year old. It was our first time, so didn't know what to expect. We get seated right away. We waited about 15 minutes to give our drink order. After we got our drinks, we waited another 15 min just to order our food. While we all waited so patiently, even the toddlers, we saw 5 tables get seated, get drinks, and get their orders. So after we went to find our waitress we were able to then order our food: 1 triple combo appetizer, 2 burgers and a side salad. It took over 45 minutes before we were served our food. My husband's burger looked like a charcoal briquette and the cheese sticks, chicken strips, and onion ring appetizer was extra crispy, and hard as a rock. Took forever to get our servers attention, we didn't get refills. We get her attention again to show her the burnt food, she doesn't offer to have it remade, doesn't ask if we wanted it remade, leaves it and doesn't even respond when we tell her it's burnt. At this point our 2 toddlers were fussy and ready to leave. We had to flag her down every time just to get any service. Every time she just walks on by and comes back after she's waiting on someone that got there an hour after us! I tell her that we aren't happy about the burnt food, and she proceeds to say, well I didn't take it because I thought you wanted the onion rings, but I took it off your ticket. She was extremely rude. When we asked for a manager they said the manager had just left. My burger was fine, but I felt bad because everyone else's food was burnt. My husband didn't even eat a thing, and it took forever to pay our check to leave. I don't like being in even the best restaurant for 2 hours, much less one with terrible...

Want to be disrespected by the manager and have third world customer service this is the place for you!!!!!! Wife and I went out to dinner she ordered their house “special” chicken which supposedly comes on a bed of wild rice (which it didn’t) and a burger for me. Wife did not receive a refill on a drink throughout the dinner nor was asked if she was would like anything else throughout the dinner. Oh not to mention the appetizer we ordered was never put in and when we pointed it out while receiving our main courses we told the waitress that we didn’t receive our appetizer the waitress said “ oh I didn’t put it in would you like me to put it in for you” nah we just order things because just for funzies not because we want it. For the finale I thought it would be nice that I would give the manager(who was also the bartender an older lady) the feedback on the service we received since I am a business owner and love feedback but guess what she had zero sympathy and refunded 8$ back while telling the waitress who served us “ it’s ok sweetie I got this don’t worry” and said to me “I hope you have a better night”. I don’t care about the 8$ all I wanted was to be acknowledged. We came from Texas to enjoy the bathhouses but this experience alone turned our last night here very bitter. I hope the owner can train their staff better and perhaps teach the manager on how to act professional while dealing with a customers concern. If the owner would like to take a look into this/ cares at all. The server was Morgan H table:3 check# 5125 date 8/8/2022...

Avoid! Came here with my gf and 2 kids and asked to sit on the patio but was told we couldn’t because it looked like it was about to rain (which it never did,) that should have been the first sign to just leave but it’s a pain to drag kids around so we sat inside. Our server was really nice and that’s the end of ice things I have to say. We ordered 2 cocktails but they were both overly sweet and you couldn’t tell that they had any alcohol in them. They then brought out just the kid’s meals and didn’t bring our food at the same time. The kids had finished their meals and started to do the things kids do when they’re bored at a restaurant so we finally just asked for our meals to go. We paid the check ($100 for 2 kids meals, 2 adult burgers and 2 cocktails so it’s definitely not low end) and left. Went home and got the kids in bed then went to open our to go meals and found that our burger (both ordered medium) were completely raw inside. I’m not talking a little pink in the middle, I’m saying the entire burger other than the very outside was raw meat. The bun wasn’t even toasted and my gf had hers with no bun so she had a soggy piece of lettuce that they put on bottom. We cooked our own burgers in the oven and called it “screw you, give me your money and cook your own f** burger” night. Truly a horrible experience, except for our server who was very nice. All in all, just go to McDonald’s and the liquor store if you’re looking for a...
