This was not a traditional escape room, but let me tell you, you will not be disappointed! We spoke to the gentleman who created all of the rooms and his vision is truly one of a kind. I appreciated his innovative approach and the kids really enjoyed it! So much, that during our vacation, we actually completed 5/6 rooms. “The Bionic Dilemma” and “Murder at Silver City” were our favorites. If you have time to do two, do “Home Alone” followed by “Inheritance”.
They also had a cute coffee bar where you can get custom coffee creations, hot tea and ice cream!
One of my favorite parts, was the outside component, where you could battle robots and race them. There was also a human zoo! I won’t spoil the surprise for that one, but I do recommend buying the pack that allows you to complete all three outside activities for $8 each. You won’t be disappointed!
Overall, the owner was kind and talked to my daughters about STEM and robotics. We loved the creative approach to the escape rooms and we will 100% come back if we are ever back in town. Keep up the...
Read moreNarrow Escape has everything you want in an escape room. Cool environments, intergrated technology making puzzles more engaging and interactive, an amazing staff and great storytelling!
The escape rooms are built so that you will progress. Not neccersarily to completion but there are systems in place to keep you from being stuck. Getting hints does not feel like you are cheating or losing at a certain point and even adds to the immersion. For example- You wont ask for a hint fron the game master- You will interact with the room itself for a hint...I wont spoil how :)
All of the rooms are great with a small or large group. We have done two so far with 2-3 people and were perfectly happy with the results. Definitly great for a family looking to have a fun hour or a rowdy group of friends looking to have the best time.
The only thing I would like to see is a list of best times to beat for a fun achievement.
TLDR- Great fun with a story...
Read moreOur family LOVES escape rooms, so when we were visiting Hot Springs for our spring break we searched to see what was available. We ended up choosing A Narrow Escape because of the price, their offering of a military discount, and the helpfulness in getting a room reserved with Shane. We ended up doing two rooms- Home Alone and Inheritance- and they were excellent. Very different types of puzzles than a lot of rooms we’ve done. Our family of four escaped both rooms, but loved the different challenges. Dorian was our host and he went above and beyond to help us. We had so much fun that we opted to do a few more games they offered there on the premises. The human zoo was super fun, the free arcade game in their lobby was fun and our boys did some battle bots. I mean, how cool is that!? Perfect layout, ambiance, unique merch, and awesome escape rooms + customer service. Wish we lived here so we could come back and try their...
