All Seasons Lodge — Hotel in Hot Springs

So now since you said I did a review here’s my review. On All Season Lodge in Arkansas. This lodge get NO stars from me I have also did on review on Expedia and contacted them as well and every other outlet I can I will tell. I didn’t ask for my money back however, I will tell everyone I know $168 is not worth it room didn’t even have microwave or mini fridge as stated on the website. They have the never to have a sign when you check sorry for the inconvenience, we no longer supply them per management. I should have know then turn around and go somewhere else but I had already made reservation… || On the 11/16/19 I checked into All Season Lodge. The room smelled of Marijuana I have to go by two cans of Lysol and spray down the curtains and Febreze to get the smell out of the room. Along with spraying down the bed spread and buying my own king size sheets. ||On 11/17/19 we were woken up two times by the house keep due to this place does not have do not disturb tags to put on the door for towel service and we both advices hotel females both times that we did not want them to change out their towels.||On 11/18/19 my husband then went over to the office at around 8 am to again advisee that we did not want the towel service for rest of my stay which was just one more day. On my arrival back to the room around 5:30 I came into the room to find that they had changed out the towels. I then went over to the office and spoke to Susie the night supervisor and told her that I was very, very upset and I wanted a call from the Manager in regards to this concern that I have she stated that she would have the manager give me a call. She said it was noted on my room no service so she did not know why they did it anyway. || At dinner around 6:30 I then received a call from Carlie whom stated that she apologized, and she wished we would have said something yesterday. Why yesterday the request was not put in until first thing this morning! Anyway, I then asked her what type of accommodation was she going to give me due to her clerks not doing what was place on my room file she stated, I apologized I then stated well don’t you offer laser tag, she stated I will give you a dollar off. “Are you serious no that is not acceptable.” I said and thank you for your time and hung up. ||I finished my dinner and went to the office and spoke to Susie again, and asked her who was that who called me and told her what she said she then called the owner Stacy Roberts and advised him what the other young lady told me. I then told her to tell me due to the customer service that I received what I was not coming back planning next month due to Carlie and because their people cannot follow orders. And because of her POOR customer service I was going to go to social media. He then told Susie to give me a $30 refund out of the draw and to please keep my registration and they would make it right on my next stay. I said ok that was fine and thank and I would not do anything. He also told Susie to give me his number so that I could him personal when I came out so that he would make sure everything was taken care and she did. Now I’m not putting that information in the complaint. ||So now this is when it get’s real good around 9:15 we get a knock on the door that we need to vacate the property we have 15 minutes and if we don’t they are call the police. I’m in the bed in my night clothes I said to Susie and some guy standing at the door what’s going on why I’m asleep she informs me that I supposedly went on line and gave them bad reviews anyway so the owner wants me off the property I told her no ma’am that was not true check my phone and laptop to see that was not true. She said that my name was mentioned in the four reviews. I then called the police and Officer Howethone awesome office came out she tried to defuse the situation and tell them...

First, the stay wasn't ALL bad but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE read entire review before booking this hotel. ||||The people were very nice and the room did have a bed, a tv with a clear picture, hot water in the shower, and the toliet flushed. They have fun things to do on the property--laser tag, bumper cars, mini golf, go-carts, etc. We didn't have time to check this stuff out so I can't comment on these. ||||HOWEVER.....||||The first thing we noticed was the light switch by the door. It doesn't control the lights in the room. It turns on the mini microwave on the wobbly table. Following this discovery, we had more unpleasant things in store for us. ||||The curtains were torn and stained, there was a red splatter of an unknown substance on the floor, pennies were tossed onto the floor, the remote was broken and only halfway worked if you pointed it at an angle and at the floor. The bed was clean but hard as a rock. ||||There was only one bedside lamp which was fine but the remaining lamp shade had a hole in it, the paint was peeling on the ceilings and walls, the sink and tub faucet handles were either extremely loose or broke off completely in your hand. The air conditioner was filthy and the bathroom door was busted at the bottom, not allowing the door to close. ||||There are no refrigerators in the rooms and when we asked, we were informed that the amenity is only for rooms rented a month at a time. There was a busted refrigerator outside of our room however. And check out is 11 a.m. but they personally told me the office is supposed to open at 8 a.m. if you want to checkout early. If you have to checkout before then and they have to come open the offfice, you will be charged an extra $10. We had to wait until 8:30 and that was after calling them 2 times to come to the office to help us! ||||If all you want or need is a simple place to crash for a few nights and don't care how clean the room is or how it looks, then this might be the hotel for you.
