Go to the newer one on Airport Road. Seriously. It's much better. But this one? It never fails that they mess up an order, you'd think after so many years, I'd be used to it by now. Never, ever order the crispy chicken sandwich. I ordered it several times, each time thinking, oh, it's around dinner of lunchtime, it'll be fresh. WRONG! The last time, it was inedible. It was dried out and tough, I had to throw it in the trash. Anyway, so I just got home from my last ever trip to the one on Central between Kroger and Popeye's (I should've just went to Popeye's!). Not only was I in line for about 10 minutes, I go to pay, and dude at the window isn't wearing a mask. I mean, it was on, but below his mouth AND chin. That wasn't even the part that was the most irritating. I order 3 (THREE) 10 piece nuggets, and 3 (THREE) medium fries. It was correct on the screen. And I definitely PAID for all of those items. However, (and I should've checked before I got home but I was already in line nearly 10 minutes and it's been a long day, and I have a paper to write) I get home and only have 2 (TWO!) 10 piece nuggets and 3 fries. Yeah. Bummer, right? Because I've got myself and two kids to get fed and get to work on my final paper, I sure as hell don't feel like driving 4+ miles down the road over both bridges, in the dark, with the roads wet and a bunch of people on the road that don't know how to drive even in clear conditions. Did I try calling them? Yes. Did I get through? Of course not. It's a busy signal. So, either their phones are messed up or they've screwed up everyone else's...
Read moreThis is my first one-star review, and I do so with a heavy heart. I know that the current situation with COVID-19 is taking its toll on businesses, but there is no way I can justify giving a better review.
The staff appeared to be poorly trained. From the start the individual taking my order seemed to have a hard time taking my order. Half-way through another individual took over to complete it. When I was given the total, it seemed a bit high for what I had ordered, but given the fact that there was a long line, I let it be. When we got back to the hotel, they had charged an extra meal. All of the drinks were wrong. The hamburgers were unusually greasy, so much so that the bread turned into a soggy dough. The French fries were soggy.
I don't like it when people go to a fast-food restaurant and review it as if they were expecting a five-star restaurant meal. However, as far as fast-food goes, it was pretty bad.

It's very close to my house, but I will pass by this one to go to another closer to wherever I am going. The drive thru is seemingly always backed up, and the dual drive thru are a gamble because you know that someone may or may not take your order in a timely fashion. I have actually had to drive away because they were neglecting the outside menu drive thru speaker. This kind of thing happens from time to time at any place you go to, but with particular location it's uncanny how often that the order will be incorrect, your service is going to be slow, or a combination of both. It's not all on the employees I don't think though. Staffing is the issue I think. There never seems to be enough help on hand and this is a management...
