O.M.G. 😍 I was stunned from the moment I saw thre cake!! I can’t get over how gorgeous it looked.

This stunning gluten-free vegan cake was truly a work of art, and a thoughtful fit for my family’s dietary needs. Instead of refined white sugar, it was sweetened with maple syrup (something you just don’t find in most bakeries) making it both indulgent and wholesome. I had shown Kelly an inspiration photo of what I had in mind, and she absolutely nailed it.

The cake features a premium vegan chocolate base with smooth vanilla frosting in a beautiful pink-to-white ombré along the sides, topped with delicate piped rosettes and pearls for an elegant finish. Inside, a luscious raspberry jam filling adds a burst of vibrant flavor that pairs perfectly with the rich chocolate.

Proof that even with gluten-free and vegan restrictions, dessert can still be drop-dead gorgeous and ridiculously delicious. Thank you guys so much for making...

The baked goods from this business are INCREDIBLE. Brownies, cupcakes and mini cakes are so moist and delicious. We’ve ordered cakes for special occasions that are so beautiful- with fresh flowers and Kelly’s special decorating skills. My personal favorites are the breakfast mini loaves- cinnamon swirl, blueberry, lemon poppyseed- YUM!

There is no storefront for this business. You can get these baked dreams at both the Memorial Villages Farmers Market and the Urban Harvest on Saturdays. Several coffee shops have her products. You can also order on line and pick up at the kitchen on Mercer.

I ordered the mini lemon cupcakes with the honey vanilla icing for a birthday party. Delivery/Services were fine. I had no problems with paying or receiving the product I ordered - Snap Kitchen was easy to find. However, the cupcakes themselves were not good. I expect some taste variance with gluten-free products, but my cupcakes were very dry. The lemon flavor was there, but it was like eating a lemon flavored sponge. The icing can usually compensate, but it had the feel of harden butter and texture of soap. It was not creamy by any means, and did not taste like vanilla or honey. I’m truly disappointed as I didn’t have time to find an alternative dessert....
