Sharetea — Restaurant in Houston

I recently visited sharetea, and it was an incredible experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu had a fantastic variety of flavors, making it hard to choose just one. I decided to try the classic milk tea with tapioca pearls, and it was absolutely delicious perfectly balanced sweetness and the pearls were chewy and fresh.

What really stood out during my visit was the service. Rhiannon, one of the workers there, was amazing! She was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, helping me pick the perfect drink. Her enthusiasm for the boba and genuine care for customers made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend sharetea, not only for the tasty drinks but also for the wonderful service provided...

SO DISAPPOINTING, TONS OF MISTAKES within one order.

I ordered a pearl milk tea with two times of pearls on DoorDash , but received a milk tea with nothing in there, not even the pearls that come with milk tea. The amount of sugars are different compared to both milk tea with 30% sugar, one taste like 0%.

I also ordered a hot pearl milk tea with red beans on the same order, but received a cold milk tea with only red beans in it. NO PEARLS AT ALL.

This location closes early, runs out of items frequently, and messes up orders more offten than not. The main reason I haven't left a bad review yet is because the drinks are good. Today however Lily who is one of the employees who work there was sitting on her phone not working at all and when she did finally stand up she kept her phone in her hand the entire time she made the drinks. At the end of the interaction she was arguing and yelling at me because she gave me the wrong straw. Extremely rude and unprofessional but I guess that's why this was the best job...
