First visit: My first impression was this place is very clean, plenty of windows and light, with Greek music playing. The cashier taking my order was pleasant.
I went to get my drink while they were preparing my order. My options were sweet tea, Pepsi and other sodas, and strawberry dragon fruit tea. I chose the strawberry dragon fruit tea and I'm glad I did. It was delicious!
When my order was ready, a server brought it to me at my table. I ordered the Gyro Beef Plate. It came with a Greek salad with Feta cheese, crisp lettuce, sliced red onion, tomatoes, and some delicious olives.
The gyro plate was huge. It had a very large portion of tender sliced gyro meat, Taztziki sauce, sliced red onion, sliced tomatoes, pita bread cut into triangles, and some of the best French fries. The server told me they make their fries fresh and you can tell. They were delicious!
I had to get a box for what I couldn't eat. Like I said earlier, the portion was huge.
My friend ordered the Chicken Gyro and thought it was very good. She thoroughly enjoyed the Baklava dessert while honey was dripping from her hands.
Everything was fresh and delicious. Customer service was excellent.

Read moreI really love Greek/ Mediterranean food, but my taste buds don't lie. Think the 'mall version' of any food: edible but mediocre, lacking flavor and no memory imprint to your mouth or brain that will bring you back. I had the Mediterranean Bowl. Very weak flavors, the harrissa didn't have the slightest hint of spice. I didn't realize there eas hummus until read the menu well after i ate it. How do you not tatse hummus in an otherwise watered down plate. Rice slightly undercooked and flavorless, I got beef in my bowl and it was very blah. Overall very bland. The only thing I remember from that bowl was the kale. It had been tossed a lemon type of vinegrette and it was tasty. But kale is harldly enough to carry an entire dish. The staff is super friendly but the food, although fresh was very lacking. I tried, and really wanted to like it. If Nick is a real Greek, he is very sad and not please with the lackluster flavor profile associated...
Read moreA healthy choice of food with excellent flavor and nutritional value. The food on the menu is really what you get, no catfish. I highly recommend Nick the Greek . Rob from corporate basically hosted the Grand Opening, (every person ate for free) that speaks volumes. Owners being present is usually the thing. Over 100 people were in line and Rob endured Houston’s unpredictable rain and high temperatures with a smile and authenticity. Greeting, answering questions and sharing his favorites. Very down to earth fella. Thank you Rob for the impression, and the Veggie Pita was awesome, and that burger, my g-baby spoke highly of it. Enjoy Houston’s weather,...
