Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

I don't usually write reviews unless things are either really good or really bad. In this case they are bad. I don't understand how someone can get their order consistently bad! This BK NEVER has my full order complete. Like NEVER! Every single time I go to pick up my order someone tells me they dont have something. Whether it's ice cream, coffee, and even now, ham. This has been going on for MONTHS! There are many fast food places around here ans I used to choose BK because I like their stuff but now because of the inconsistency provide a full service I will be going somewhere else. I placed my order through the drive thru. I specifically stated no tomatoes and no onions. I drive all the way home and when I sit down to eat my burger, guess what. It had tomatoes. I'm allergic to tomatoes even if I take them out it still came in contact with the rest of the food. I called and spoke to the manager Yareli and she was like "oh, just come back and we'll make you another one". Like "hello", I'm at home and do you really think I want to drive all the way back there....smh. I really hope that they're more cautious with the oders... really...

Burger King used to be the king Burger. Especially in my youth. Now as a vegetarian I have tried the impossible burger. And it was impossible to try. As if painful and experience couldn't have taken us to better places.
