Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

To Anna ( The manager I spoke to or at least that’s what she said her name was),

My pizza had a huge nasty hair in it. My friend actually threw up. When they brought it back to get the pizza replaced was when all hell broke loose. She said “There’s probably a little bit of hair in all of our pizzas.” “I would’ve still ate around the hair, quit acting like a child.” “Sometimes the hats and stuff getvto sweaty so I take them off, who cares it’s just little caesars”

I was appalled by what this blonde headed mexican was saying! She was rolling her eyes and smacking her teeth being soo rude It was astounding. This chubby lady needs to get out of the pizza business before someone gets sick and little caesars has to settle a lawsuiit.

When we left she called us back (I guess from the caller ID and threatened to kill us and used tons of profanity.)

I would like the general manager to contact me because I am extremely disappointed, i’ve eaten little Caesars my entire life without any problems and now this lady gets hired and everyone in the neighborhood is saying that the pizza has gotten worse and they have found hair in there pizza.... I would...

Worst experience ever, I live in magnolia all my life never had an issue coming to this place. But today OMG... walked in and payed I only get my receipt for my crazy breads not pizza.. was told the waite was 15 min waited in my car came in 3 ppl infront of me got there pizza and I waited nothing then I asked the cashier n he tells me no u still have to waite 15 more they not ready like really....same cashier drops a pizza to the floor and it was a customers n I seen them fix it an gave the pizza to him ... what type of service is that. I order my pizza at 6:05 and when I asked for my refund it was 6:40 and they told me that I didn't waite for 30 min he told me ma'am has not been 30 min really let's due d math...this is far worst experience I have had with little Cesar I know that they busy long lines and heck maybe short staff but don't promise a customer a time n when we ask for the order we still have to waite.. and get an additude in...

It was ok. The cashier was friendly and no issue on good customer service. After he took my order supposedly he said the pizza will be ready in 10-15 minutes and I waited almost 30 minutes because it was slow not a lot of workers which I get it 😬

After that before and after I go this place there’s a good man I don’t know if he’s homeless or have special condition (disability) he always very nice with people open/close the doors to customers he deserves to have this job at this location because he looks very nice and good person taking care customers at the door entrance. I hope he get help and work at this location 🙏❤️

Anyway after I went home to enjoy the pizza with my friends and I the pizza was a little lot of oil and it was average ok.

That’s why I leave the 4 star because of pizza quality and time wait. 🍕 Otherwise customer service...
