This placed is filled with GNATS!!!! You can not eat in peace! Do not do it!!!!! Ths place is horrrrribbllleeeeee !!!

The host was very polite he seated us quickly, the waitress took about 7-10 min to approach our table when she did she didn’t introduce herself she just said “let me get y’all something to drank” I don’t know her name Bt she is the dark skin chick with that lil soulful ponytail sound like she from New Orleans! 🙄 we ordered our drinks and of course we were ready to order by now! We ordered 2/25 2 house salads and 2 Cajun chick. Pasta! With an extra order of bottomless chips and salsa! This waitress was so focused on getting another couple drinks the whole time!! It took her 15-20 min to come back with the salad no chips and salsa so I’m just eating my salad she constantly walking by our table never stopped to ask was everything ok did we need anything is she missing anything! NOTHING! So I’m just thinking to myself if my food comes before this chips and salsa then I’m just going to cancel it! Then boom, Another young lady came to bring our entrees! So of course I canceled the chips. Let me also say that this place was not packed to were she was extremely busy! Once we got our food she passed by the table like 6/7 min later and glanced never stopped to ask was everything ok and it must of hit her we didn’t have chips and she goes “oh y’all chips” I told her it do not worry about it I canceled it! She never came to ask if we needed more water or anything my s/o had to literally Flag her down and in between flagging her down and waving the damn gnats away I don’t know which one was more annoying and frustrating!!!! The gnats are literally everywhere especially by the bar since the manager Sean said something about a pipe in the bar area ... you would think since they have a known GNAT problem that they would take proper precautions into covering certain things up that will attract gnats like the pitchers of tea that they have on go Bt NOO!! their all left open so gnats can fly freely!!!!!! I do not like going to restaurants were the waitresses have preconceived notions of the guest! Waitresses need to treat all guest the same way not based on who you think will leave a tip!! I definitely feel like she made premature judgement because I appear young and I’m black that I wasn’t going to tip! When that is the furthurest from the truth! I tip VERY WELL! my s/o sometimes get upset because I tip so generously to those who DESERVE IT !!! She didn’t deserve a penny of my earnings in fact chili’s didnt either with all those damn gnats!!!! I am never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever going back to this location EVER!!!!!!! & I strongly advise anyone who cares about food safety and customer service to not return either!!!!! Worse experience ever! I’ve never spent 2 unpleasant hours at a restaurant because of a negligent waitraiess!!!! Ruined my whole damn day!! I am so livid at this point l! Staff was not very polite, the times were so long and not a single person communicated with us. I understand the restaurant was very busy but we felt forgotten. We put our names on the waitlist at about 8pm, the hostess had let us know that it would be about a 45 minute wait. We had waited about 30 and simply walked back in as we saw that the restaurant now had tables available, the girl then let us know it would still be a minute before we were sat. We waited again outside and would come back a third time and as soon as we walked in she sat us. Our server was very kind and remembered our orders after the first time we had said them. Unfortunately within another 40 minutes after sitting after another 40 minutes of waiting we only received drinks and a cup of soup, and our server didn’t come by after 30 minutes of placing our order. We weren’t sure if he had forgotten to put in our order, and while we know they were busy and trying to catch up we saw people who had sat after us receive our food but some tables who had sat before us hadn’t been checked on since we had arrived either. We waited more and let a nearby server we wanted to pay for what we received and no one came by to check us out. As we began walking out (we understand that was not a good sense of judgement, but we’re so upset from waiting almost an hour and a half with little to almost no service we wouldn’t wait longer to pay for our (3) drinks and a soup but I understand that is wrong) . As we were saying goodbye to our friends who had met us to also eat there the server ran out and told us we needed to pay for our drinks and soup, we told him we asked to pay for it and we would go inside and pay for it. He told us that he was about to help the kitchen cook the food. We apologized it was busy but let them know to make sure to communicate next time. When he checked us out he also pressed the 20% tip button himself before we paid. I had called the day before to place a large order for my office. I arrived early to pay, because the link they sent wouldn't work. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for my order, and 6 of my trays had major issues, My Big Mouth Bite Trays were messy with one looking like they just tossed the food on the tray, sauce every where and tops looked to be missing because they were not stacked together. I ordered two Cajun pasta platters one looked amazing, the other i thought was a mistake it was half missing and was just plain pasta with a few scraps of chicken, looked nothing like the other, dish. I had asked both yesterday and today for double the salsa . Because I had asked for the burger tray and pasta issues, to be addressed, I was immediately considered a trouble customer, I kept asking how would they serve that to someone, or expect me to serve it to my staff. The manager said the pasta was the same, Please see attached pictures and Judge for your selves. They took the one burger tray back and didn't use a clean tray, but just mushed everything together, the Big Mouth bites looked all sorts of messy, with sauce every where. I didn't get plates , serving utensils and had to beg for the missing garlic bread, and salsa all while having servers say it wasn't their job to help, and just rude, I asked for a receipt and was given a kitchen order not an actual receipt. I waited over 45 minutes past the time I had asked for the food, and parts of the hot food was cold, part hot. 75 percent of my food was made incomplete, wrong, or seriously a train wreck.
