The one star is for customer service, wait time, and the young lady who thought it was o.k. to clean up and then proceed to fix my food without washing her hands prior to grabbing a pair of gloves. There was only 1 person ahead of me when I walked into this location at approximately 9:22pm. A male employee was helping the other customer with his order of at least 2 seperate items. The employee kept looking back to see if any of the other staff would come up and assist me, the other staff kept looking at me as if I did something wrong by showing up. After at least 5 good minutes, another customer standing behind me, and additional customers coming in, I was becoming a little concerned no one had even spoken or offered help or even a friendly greeting. I debated for a moment, do I walk out or allow this to be an opportunity to see how much longer my money really doesn't matter to them. Finally, after watching the staff play we are too busy cleaning up and ready to go home (although they offer to serve their patrons until 10pm), a young lady that was cleaning grabs gloves and ask what do you want? I politely told her "I will allow him to assist me", and I pointed to the employee who was helping the customer before me. I told her "I'm sure his hands are cleaner, you didn't wash your hands". She looked puzzled and said "oh" as she walked towards the sink and proceded to wash her hands in an interesting way. I am going to follow up to corporate because when you forget that a simple smile, patience, and a willingness to do your job with integrity goes along way and helps the company you work for meet their goals, then customers who respect the company you work for will honor you with the review you worked for. None the less, you never know who's walking in your establishment, are they connecred to the owner, corporate office, or are they investors. Be careful not to allow your last hour of closing to get you shut down by the health department, or even fired. It's not a good idea to sweep in an area that food is uncovered and being served to the public. Be mindful, I'm holding the manager accountable for this one, your employees look like you, lazy. Read moreI wanted to take time to write this before coming to this review with anger. So I’m going to write this from a business standpoint when you were in the customer service business, especially hospitality or food there is a certain level of expectation that needs to be held when dealing with customers. If you are upset, having a bad day or simply just not feeling it, do me a favor and don’t show up to work it’ll be for the best. I walked into the chipotle and everyone was already upset. Knauticca , poor baby, was pretty much running the show by her self. The black gentleman seemed as though he did not want to be there and was moving like molasses as she was running back-and-forth on the line by herself.
As someone who frequently is a Chipotle, I am well aware of the portion sizes and what those look like. The black gentleman then proceeds to undercut me on each serving that was given. I asked for a tab more on rice and beans. I then asked for extra chicken (aware of the charge) and he proceeds to tell me that there’s going to be an extra charge for that. Again, totally fine I’m well aware and I say that’s fine I just need more chicken. He then with an attitude throws on a huge piling portion of chicken to the burrito that we both knew was too much. He then proceeds to smash and sloppily squeeze my burrito together, the foil didn’t even fit around it and it was very messy. It was extremely distasteful, and his energy was put into my food, causing it to come out horribly.
Why all of this is going on. Knauticca is still trying to hold down the line with a packed house full of people it got so bad that Cook had to leave the line and go to the back to try and send for help. As more people begin a pile into the line, Knauticca herself has to then go to the back to grab the next woman to come and assist. The white woman appears from around the corner, simply DOES NOT wash her hands, but yet grab gloves and comes to the line frustrated ready to serve people. Moral of the story here quit your job or stay home if you do not like the work you are doing This was a disturbing experience as everyone’s energy was not ready to work. I heard others complaining...
Read moreI visited this chipotle for lunch. As I was telling the first employee what I wanted she replied while looking at an order on the wall "for here or to go" I couldn't hear her and was unsure if she was actually talking to me so I said excuse me she turns to me with frown on her face and repeats herself. I asked for a bowl with a tortilla on the side. before I could finish my sentence about the tortilla she was already asking what kind of rice I wanted. She scoops my rice and since I don't get beans I always ask for an extra half scoop of rice. she sighs, scoops the rice and sifters almost nothing on the spoon and begins to ask me about the meat. I ask for half beef half chicken. I am not exaggerating when I say there was 14 pieces of meat on the bowl. enough to count. As I begin to take a picture the next lady grabs my bowl and was begins to put Pico when I asked for more meat. she said its extra, even though there was barely any meat to begin with. I agreed. then she proceeds to add the Pico. I couldn't even get my sentence out of wanted only a little pico before I already had a whole scoop of pico. I continued my order and had to re-ask for a tortilla on the side. it probably wasn't heard due to the rushing. I told the cashier the lady was rude and is always rude, with out a lot of convincing and like all others in the line , before I could finish she was already offering my meal for free. she probably cant even tell you what I was angry about. as I was leaving I realized my bowl was sent so fast down the line I never even got the vegetables. there Is always a problem and complaint with this location. I have had customer before and after me complain and it always the same thing. attitude and being cheated out of...
