Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Houston

I have always loved Church's Chicken however the quality of service and food has really declined on the one closer to me. I was on Normandy doing some errands when I seen this location open so I figured I'd give it a shot. I was very pleased with service and the food. I went through the drive thru with one car in front of me and it was still fairly quick. I took my 6 minute drive home and finished wrapping up a few things. So I ate around 10-12 minutes later in total and my food was still warm, crispy and juicy. My drink was well carbonated, not flat at all. It was great! I literally went back the next day but this time I went inside. I was extremely pleased how clean this location is. Wow! I've been to the other location on the east side and it is filthy, gross. Again this Normandy location was excellent, fast and the chicken was pretty fresh. Unfortunately I didn't get any of the employee names but if I recall correctly I think one was named Joanna. I order online, to avoid waiting on the drive thru, when I get there the doors were closed. I was no about to get in drive thru line it was not even moving and it was really long. I called and advised that the app said to go in for our food but doors are closed whoever answered said they close lobby at 9, so I told her the app literally said to pick up my food at 9:06 and she hanged up. I called and again and it rang for a long time, when finally someone answered she said the same thing but more rude, I asked for her name and she Claudia the I asked for the other girl name and said Yazmin so then I asked for her manager name and said I don’t know it. I asked her you don’t your manager name so I asked to cancel the order and return me my money and she said she couldn’t. I ordered my food today from this location because it’s right down the street from me , and I had a horrible experience today , not only did they forget my whole order when I told them about the woman had an attitude and I couldn’t even finish what was all missing, keep in mind I’m still at the window, there were 5 things missing or not correct. I told them politely and it was like they were mad at me for telling them my food wasn’t correct, from my chicken tenders, fries sauces i added and purchase to my drink , i didn’t feel comfortable Telling them what else was missing, just because i felt like they would do something to my food .
