Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Houston

I went through the drive through on one occasion and sat there waiting for someone to answer the drive through speaker and got nothing so I figured they were closed for some reason and as I drove off I looked inside and an employee watched me drive off. This was about 4 PM. On another occasion at about the same time on a different day I drove in and got no answer from the speaker again, only this time I decided to stop at the window and a young woman opened it as if she was expecting me, I then asked her if the speaker was working and before she answered me she turned to look at all five of her fellow coworkers who were just standing there and then turned back to me and said ''No''. I looked her dead in her eye and said I don't believe you and she started to smile and looked at her coworkers again, she then took my order and it took about 20 minutes for them to make it. It seems like a practice of not working and avoiding customers has become the thing to do and teach new workers how to do it. I had to go to two locations so let me make sure it is known that the 1 star is for the BW 8 and Cullen location. I arrived at 8:40pm, and they told me they did not have any mild dark meat. So we ordered strips with a coupon/the special on their website. I get to the window and ask if I can order a 2 piece white with the strips. The young girl at the window now tells me they don't have any chicken, but I'm at the window and see a small mountain of chicken where they usually keep the chicken. She then ask for my coupon, leaves for a couple of minutes, comes back and and rudely ask me can I cut put my coupon..... worst customer service ever. Didn't have what they sell and a nasty attitude. They website says they close at 10pm, but their sign said 9pm but regardless it was 20 minutes until closing. Everytime I go to this location the chicken is never seasoned. My experience today Saturday October 15, 2022 was awful!!! When I asked the young lady if I could have a wing; she said in a dry way we don’t have anything? I repeated to her what she had said and told her I was pulling up to the window. I asked what did she hva and she said legs and thighs and how long the chicken been cooked? She said it just came up!! I asked if it was seasoned she said yes and boy was that a LIE!!!I asked her who was the cook and she blunt said to me that she didn’t know anyone there! Looked at my receipt and the cashier name was Joshua????!When I arrived home which is literally across from them. The chicken looked liked it had been cooked for hours., was cold and the okra looked liked it had been done for a while. Please bring back your old staff because the staff there is horrible!!
