One star is way to much for this so call restaurant and their management team. The three men that were there on Sunday morning claiming to be managers shouldn't be allowed to have any contact with customers. Sunday morning was busy as expected but we were seated within a few minutes of being there. After the waitress finally took our order it took a out 15 minutes to get our drinks brough to us by a bus person not the waitress. After waiting for 45 minutes for our meal, I flagged down a so call manager that said he would check on our order. He went to the kitchen but never came back. 10 minutes later I flag down a second manager that went to the kitchen to check. Close to 10 minutes later the waitress comes with the food that I ordered but not my wife's food. My sandwich ans fries were cold and nasty. After seeing the second manager that by now was acting rude to my wife and I for complaining I asked about her food. He never came back to is. I asked for the check wich I should have just walked out without paying. I complained to the third manager when the second manager came up arguing and blaming my wife and I for the horrible service. This is definitely not the service or the food that I expected from a Dennys restaurant. The three managers should be sent to a customer service class...
Read moreHonestly just horrible food and service… Got here around 8:12pm and ordered at 8:25pm we waited a whole hour for the food to just come out all dry and flavorless! Not only that the manager in position in the time named Maria cantu instantly started attending us with horrible attitude for her to have the food just lay there just sitting for 30 or so minutes and not coming to update us or even ask if everything was okay! Reminder we arrived at 8:12pm and we got the food 9:20pm so long for such simple food and little people in the restaurant Maria cantu excuse to not serving us no more because she thought she recognized me for the past when last time I left her a $10 tip!! Honestly just unprofessional…this isn’t the first time she has attended in a horrible attitude…the other customers who had her as a server so happen to be my neighbors and talked badly about her service….to make matters worse it was my little brother birthday and this was his gift from me to come here and have dinner because he has been wanting to come and eat @ denny’s for the longest….just to come and be attended my someone who doesn’t have a pleasing attitude or a pleasing face to look at bc she didn’t even smile once!!!! JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE…. I truly hope this store re thinks the choice of making...
Read moreI wanted to share feedback regarding the disappointing service I experienced at your restaurant today. Upon arriving to pick up my order, I noticed there was only one pick-up order ready. When I informed the employee at the front that I was there for pick-up, he rudely demanded that I show the order confirmation. I explained that my phone had just restarted, but I could provide my ID and the credit card used for the order as proof. Instead of assisting me, he brusquely insisted that he couldn’t do anything without the order details and asked me to step aside for the next customer. After some time, I managed to retrieve the confirmation email and showed it to him. He finally gave me the order but did so in an unprofessional and hostile manner. Before leaving, I politely reminded him to be more courteous to customers, to which he gave no response. To make matters worse, when I arrived home, I discovered that the order was incomplete—specifically, the additional French toast we had ordered was missing. This experience was both frustrating and unacceptable, especially coming from someone who represents the front line of customer service.
